They are only open on weekends and some holidays so make sure you check their schedule online before just showing up. They also do a lot of events and so it's not available every day if you do get a chance to get out here, it's a fun experience, have a decent speed and are well-maintained. And they let you drive around multiple laps. They tack everything with some type of sensor in the carts so you will know you best lap time. Our party ended being stuck for 3.5 hours at the center to complete two races, missing dinner plans. Some of the arcade games were broken, and we were not given any indication we would be delayed until after a couple of hires had passed. Finally, when we asked about why it was taking so long, management listened to the concerns but didn't offer up any solutions. The team seems like they want to do well, but the place does not seem to be run very well at all. For the price, I would expect it to run more smoothly and transparently.

The staff literally shrugged. No accountability, no concern, no professionalism. This isn't just bad service, it's dangerous. On top of this it took 20+ minutes for my niece to be able to finish her rides between each turn. There was no warning about that.

The track is extremely small and they only let about 1/2 the cars on the track at once. Actually, it was more than an hour. Part of the reason is people kept crashing and the workers had to stop the ride, walk to them, get the car unstuck, then walk back and manually start the cars again. This is absolutely ridiculous and hopefully they figure out a better process. There was a line for laser tag as well, but they went faster. Instead of waiting over another hour, we decided to play arcade games. So many of the games were broken such as the bowling, some of the basketball games, some of the skee ball machines, and many more. I don't feel like I got my monies worth.

I noticed that the business opens at 11:00 am so we arrived 10 minutes early so we could get started as soon as possible. The reservation was for one hour and so I wanted to capture as much of that hour as possible. It was closed when we arrived and within 10 minutes two other customers arrived. At 11:15 it was still closed and the other customers left. By 11:20 two more customers arrived, saw that it was closed and left within five minutes. We decided to wait. A man arrived with his small boy, they had a plan to use the Go Carts, they waited about five minutes and left with a very upset young man. At 11:30 another customer arrived saw that it was closed and left. At 11:32 more customers arrived, they had left over tokens from a prior visit, the gates to the batting cages were open so they put their tokens in the machine got ready to hit... but the machine didn't turn on and they didn't get their tokens back. So they started hitting all the balls left over on the ground back into the cage. At 11:38 the employee arrived and went inside. He was really nice and helpful, apologized for the delay and got us up and batting in the cages. The other folks hitting were able to start batting as well. We rented the cage for an hour at $45 and started batting. It's was great; couple hiccups with the machine but it was minor and fixed itself. I had two young boys and we used the slowest pitch. It works well for kids 7 - 10. It wasn't too busy and we used our hour but we could have used another hour if we wanted to. Honestly it was a lot of fun and I'm really glad we waited and were able to bat. In a world full of impatience I think being patient paid off for us. We will definitely come back.

Buy a few laps with one of their drivers. You learn a lot about the course and the capabilities of the car before you get behind the wheel. The timing that they provide is extremely inaccurate and the children working at the front care more about talking to each other than helping customers. They put children on the track that have no idea of what they are doing because they barely give a safety briefing. The cars never make it to full speed because every two seconds someone is crashing. Race is extremely too short and just NO. You don't know who wins unless you check your email because it's impossible to find your race sheet amongst the piles on the table. 1/10 do not recommend.
