Wonderful place for a day trip with a. Bunch of kids. Very clean and they didn't make a fuss about our special needs child having food restrictions and us having to bring out own food. Love this place!

This is a great waterpark for the younger set but don't expect a lot of thrills here. What is available for the under 48 inches set: lazy River, lagoon, kids splash pad and water slides. The big pool that houses a couple of water slides is also available for leisure swimming. The obstacle course is cool looking but not for shorties like mine. There's lots of seating and lockers for $5. Food prices are inexpensive although I'm not sure of the quality since we didn't eat. The lifeguards were really overzealous in the kiddie area telling babies to get off the walls-and not nicely. Once the summer camps left, it was pretty empty on a Friday afternoon. They have life jackets but you can bring your own too. My son loved it (he's three) and we will definitely be back!

Has more than enough variety for our kids to enjoy a hot summer day. Thankfully it was not too busy when we visited.

We…read morevisited around this time last year with friends, and this time we came back with family. The biggest improvement from our first visit was check-in. Last year we waited close to 45 minutes, but this time it was quick and easy. There were self-service kiosks, staff available to help, and we were checked in with our wristbands and parking pass in no time. One thing Great Wolf Lodge absolutely gets right is communication. From the moment I booked until we checked out, they kept us informed with emails and text messages about our stay, FAQs, activity schedules, upgrades, and even notified us that the water park would open early at 9 a.m. instead of 11. During our stay, I could text their virtual assistant with questions and always received quick, helpful responses. It made everything so easy. The water park was a lot of fun, and I love that you can enjoy it both before your room is ready and after checking out. We arrived around lunchtime and were able to spend most of the afternoon at the water park, then returned again the next morning after checkout. One thing we were disappointed by was the bar area near the water park. We were told there were TVs there, and since the World Cup was on, we asked about watching the game while hanging out at the bar. Staff said they would try to get it on Fox, but unfortunately the TVs weren't working. It would have been nice to have the option to watch the World Cup there instead of having to go back to the room, and my brother ended up staying in the room to watch the game instead of spending time at the water park. We also had a disappointing experience with customer service at Barnwood, the on-site restaurant, during dinner the night before. I did leave a separate review for Barnwood specifically, but since it is on the property, I wanted to mention it here as part of our overall stay as well. Our favorite part of the trip was the Legend of Luna story time. It was interactive, magical, and beautifully done with special effects that made it feel immersive. My daughter loved it so much she wanted to watch it twice! There were also plenty of other family activities throughout the day, including dance parties, storytime yoga, MagiQuest, bowling, mini golf, ropes courses, mining activities, and more. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Throughout the resort, the bathrooms were consistently clean, and I frequently saw staff actively cleaning. Housekeeping was also incredibly efficient--they were already preparing rooms right at checkout time. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and even other guests seemed to be in great spirits, which added to the overall atmosphere. Like most resorts, food and extras can get expensive. We decided to skip the breakfast buffet after taking a look and instead grabbed breakfast from the Dunkin' on-site, which worked out perfectly. Having that option was definitely a plus. The only real downside during our stay happened at the outdoor pool. Someone got sick in the water, and while staff removed the visible mess with a net, the pool remained open and guests were allowed to continue swimming. That didn't sit well with us, so we chose not to return to the outdoor pool for the rest of our visit. I also wish guests had the option to use a different payment method at the resort restaurants instead of automatically charging purchases to the card linked to the room. Those were relatively minor issues compared to everything else the resort offers. The water park, activities, clean facilities, excellent communication, and friendly staff made this a memorable family getaway. It's only a little over an hour from home, making it an easy overnight trip, and we'll definitely be back again.

Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

They had commentary life jackets but only one in adult size which was weird but it worked since only one person in our party wanted one. You don't really need a life packet since most rides have water going up to only about 3 feet My favorite ride was the last river. We spent a long time on our tubes in the lazy river. I also loved all the water slides and was amazed by the availability of 3 person tubes which made us super fun for our party of 3 to ride together. They also have surf lessons included which I wanted to try but they closed the water park 2 hours early with no disclosure of reasons. The hot tubs were great too The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the tickets cost $63 whether it's only for the indoor park or for the indoor and outdoor park admission. There is no discounted rate during the off season when the outdoor park is not in operation, or at least that's what it seemed from the online website.

I was told, verbatim, that they were "rolling out the red carpet" for me, my wife, and our three young children to attend a presentation in exchange for a complimentary stay. We scheduled our overnight stay for 06/06/26, with the presentation set for 8:00 AM on 06/07/26. We drove six hours each way specifically for this promotion. Upon arrival, we were informed that amenities we had been promised, including access to the water park, were not included. We were then told that the tours had been overbooked and that our presentation would need to be rescheduled to later the following day--well after our checkout time--which simply would not work for our family. The staff, particularly the managers, were some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, we were repeatedly told to call various phone numbers ourselves. No one showed any genuine concern or willingness to help. I was so shocked by the lack of professionalism that I recorded my interaction with Assistant Manager Joanne, who refused to involve another manager and repeatedly instructed me to call different numbers the next day to address the issues. When those numbers were called, no one answered except for one employee who informed us that we had reached the wrong department. The entire experience was a disaster, and we hadn't even made it out of the lobby. Another employee continued asking whether we still wanted to stay. After explaining that we no longer wished to remain given everything that had happened--but that they already had our deposit--she abruptly canceled our reservation and walked away, stating that she was done speaking with us. As a result, we packed up our family and drove another six hours back home. We wasted an entire weekend, spent countless hours traveling with three young children, and were treated with complete indifference and disrespect. I would strongly caution others against booking based on promotional offers from this establishment, as our experience was nothing short of unacceptable.
