We scheduled a day where I could drive down to them becuse I live on a dirt road and it was easier for them to work on concrete. The first appointment was cancled becuase Keith got sick. That's fine. That happens I understand that. So we scheduled for another day. The next appointment comes around, and at 8:30 am with a noon appointment, Keith texts me with, and I quote "Sorry cant do today". And that was it. No follow up. No reason. No request to reschedule. I guess buisness must be good for Keith that he can afford to ghost clients like that. So take heed new customers. So far I know that they'll just cancel appointments. I have no idea if they will actually keep yours. In the meantime I'm going to find a more reliable buisness to work with on this. My windows still need tinting, but keith sure as heck can't be bothered to do it.

The rear window tint has noticeable bubbles around the dot matrix, a problem I was unaware could occur. Mason never warned me about this potential issue before or during the installation, and had I known, I would have opted not getting the tint done at all. I spotted the bubbles soon after the job completed and mentioned it to Mason, who assured me they'd disappear within a week. When I followed up a week later, he claimed it could take up to two months for the tint to "cure or dry," though I've since discovered the standard curing time is 7-30 days, not two months. Now, two months on, the bubbles remain in the rear. Not new bubbles, just the same ones as were after installation and Mason insists they're "natural". Additionally, upon closer inspection, the tint is starting to peel in some spots as well. Despite offering a one-year warranty, he's unwilling to honor it, insisting on charging full price for a redo since there's no significant peeling or bubbling as he considers nothing wrong with the installation - yet there's a lot of bubbling. This is unacceptable, especially since he only brought up these "natural" bubbles after I complained, and now he expects me to pay to correct a job that should have been done right the first time or not at all. The one-star review is specifically for the lack of upfront transparency and the complete lack of concern to attempt to remediate the situation. I expressed my frustration to Mason via Yelp, culminating in a message I wrote, "I'm extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Leaving customers with unresolved issues like the bubbles on my rear window tint, without informing me upfront that such bubbles are natural and may persist, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. I'm glad I didn't have more cars tinted or refer others to you. This is not a professional way to operate." I had referred two people that got their cars tinted by him, wanting to support his new business, a decision I now regret, and I was considering tinting my parents cars, but this experience has changed my perspective entirely. To add insult to injury, when I voiced my concerns, Mason retorted, "don't speak on the reflection of my business when you were not exactly the best customer." Unbelievable--I guess any customer isn't a good customer after he's got paid! This is exactly how businesses fail by treating customers this way. The price was nearly $100 less than other quotes, but it's evident I received service commensurate with that cost, and I regret not selecting a more seasoned shop with a proper storefront. Save yourself the headache--opt for a well-established, reputable shop that offers transparency, backs its work, and treats customers with respect. Lesson learned: steer clear of new businesses that favor excuses over accountability.
