Canceled twice then ghosted. I texted them for an appointment for my car. We scheduled a day where I could drive down to them becuse I live on a dirt road and it was easier for them to work on concrete. The first appointment was cancled becuase Keith got sick. That's fine. That happens I understand that. So we scheduled for another day. The next appointment comes around, and at 8:30 am with a noon appointment, Keith texts me with, and I quote "Sorry cant do today". And that was it. No follow up. No reason. No request to reschedule. I guess buisness must be good for Keith that he can afford to ghost clients like that. So take heed new customers. So far I know that they'll just cancel appointments. I have no idea if they will actually keep yours. In the meantime I'm going to find a more reliable buisness to work with on this. My windows still need tinting, but keith sure as heck can't be bothered to do it. read more

So I took time out to really research what company I was putting my money into. I wanted amazing quality and someone who took pride in their work, the last thing I wanted to do was take my car to a huge window tinting company and have them lazily slap my tint on. I am so happy I found Keith. This is a man who takes great pride in his work and is very particular about his work. He's a one man show and has years of experience to back up the fantastic work he does (and it REALLY shows). Keith was friendly, detail oriented and very knowledgeable. ***Huge plus is that he is mobile and will come to you to place the tint on your car!*** My Honda Civic was looking very boring and he beautifully placed the tint on my car. It looked amazing, so good I had to walk outside a couple times after it was done to check out how beautiful it looked. He did such an amazing job my neighbors poached him and he went over and did their car right after mine! Haha! My family was really impressed with his work as well so he will be coming back and adding tint on two more cars in our household. Keith did my A4 and my brothers 335i in 2013, both cars came out great. I called him back a 2nd time in 2015 to do my ford ranger - again, the truck came out GREAT. He even does windshield tint and has film to darken the tail lights. I got a new ride this year and I got him to come back a third time! Keith came out to do my windows on the first car and did a great job. Had to push my appointment out an hour for one reason or another. Since his work was great we had him back out to complete the second car. He was late. He did the work and before he finished he noticed something in the back window he wanted to fix. We agreed for him to come back the following week to repair it. He NEVER showed nor did he reach out to apologize. Now I have a back window that is unfinished according to him. Honestly, Keith does excellent work. I have had two of my cars tinted by him and he has also done my grandmothers car. I recently got a new car so I reached out to him once again to get my windows tinted, as well as my friends windows on his car. Unfortunately on the day of the appointment he was a no call no show, and ever since then his phone has went straight to voicemail. He's never done this to me before, and I can't see why he would now. So all I can say is I hope everything is okay! I called this guy almost two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and Keith blew me off I had called 6 days before to change some things and got sent straight to voicemail so I left a message and my phone number to call me back and never heard back. I was tinting my wife's car for her bday and he just doesn't call message or anything.
