The phone was answered immediately by Alicia who was so helpful, listened to what we needed done and set up an appointment for us immediately, which we were so grateful for. The electric wire going into the house was hanging very low and we realized the attachment on the house (for lack of a better explanation) was hanging off the house. Alicia asked us to send photos and I did with a comment" didn't realize how bad it was". Her response was "I've seen worse" so right off the bat she made me feel better. She asked if we wanted her to send someone to give us a quote, but we didn't want to waste time on that so said no. She quoted us how much it would be per hour (+ materials) and we were very happy with the final price (we felt very reasonable). The 2 electricians were here at 8:30 on a day when it was below 20 degrees!! They did a great job and were in/out in a little over an hour. So happy to know that if we need electrical work done in the future, we have a place to call!!

The bulbs kept burning out and sparkles came out of the recess light shell. I called the owner of the company, Tom Iaione, several time to come back to rectify the problems. He did not even bother to return any of my calls. I showed the Iaione light installation to another contractor. My contractor informed me that the entire installation is against the Electrical Code and it might create a severe fire hazards. These people do not even know the basic facts and knowledge about electric installation. I cannot figure out how they obtained the sate licence. I have filed formal complaints against them with Better Business Bureau and Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors. But, Iaione has failed to provide responses. Iaione is not qualified to be a licensed electrician. Please join me and file your complaints against Iaione with the same agencies. May be the board suspends their license for not doing any other shoddy jobs. THEY ALL HORRIBLE. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST. I

I initially hired this guy to do an EV charger installation. He was charging more than the vast…read moremajority of electricians, but I hired him because I support minority owned businesses. He asked for half the money up front. This made me uncomfortable, but I gave him money against my better judgment. I asked him if I gave him half the money, if he would apply for permits the next day. He said "yes". This guy went to the bank with my check the same day! The money was gone from my account in less than a hour. This made me very nervous but I had faith. A week later, I called my town's building department to see if any permits were filed, they assured me that nothing was filed. I called EBU to find out what happened. The first thing the guy said was that he was upset I called with my phone's caller id blocked. He then said that he would just give me money back if I was going ask so many questions like I was doing. At some point, I decided that I no longer wanted to do business and asked for my money back. At this point , he proceeded to tell me how he couldn't refund my money because he paid for the permits (lie), already bought materials that couldn't be returned (another lie), spent so much time at my house (lie). I have 9 cameras all over my property. He was there no more than 10 minutes looking at my panel and maybe 35 minutes total at my property. When I called bulls**t on all on his lies, he told me I'd have to drive to his office to get my refund. I told him I was unwilling because I didn't feel safe. At this point, I was so disgusted, I just let me rip me off for a $250 service call, just so I could be done with this man and his lies. I have dealt with many contractors. This was among the worse experiences I have had. Stay far away and think long and hard before you give him money up front.
