It seemed like there was an upcharge for everything, plus heavy pressure toward builder gel and larger tips. I don't mind paying for quality work or tipping generously when the experience matches the cost, but this visit simply did not. What salons need to understand is this is exactly how you lose good-paying, loyal customers. Most people don't mind spending money when they feel valued, relaxed, and receive quality service.
