I am disappointed by my recent experience. I have been going here a while. Items were added to my bill that were not accurate. I have regular-length nails and because i did not request any additional services, I was charged a $5 fee for "long nails." I raised this concern at the time, yet the charge remained. This type of nickel-and-diming, especially when the service does not align with the charges, undermines trust. My family and I went for manicures and pedicures. My gel polish started chipping on my fingers the next day, the gel on my daughter's toes came off within 3 days. The Spa Pedicure is luxurious with massage, aroma therapy, hot stones and wonder moisturizing. But my service provider was rough and I did't see that my cuticle was bleeding until after I paid and left a tip. Had a fantastic experience here! Introduced my uncle and cousin to the world of male pedicures while my Mom and I got basic pedis, and they were thoroughly impressed and said they might need to make this a regular thing. The 4 of us got basic pedicures and the service was excellent; didn't feel rushed, did a great job making our feet soft and our toes in tiptop shape. We were in and out within 50-minutes. I've been going to this salon since it was recommended to me for over 3 years. My 1st visit was just as wonderful as the last one today! I normally ask for Holly (a very sweet lady) or Johnny (a young man who loves to pick on me), and most recently I've had Jay on several occasions when Holly and Johnny were unavailable. Holly knows I have to work standing up and she spoils me with extra leg rub time, and seeing this, Johnny won't be outdone. Tiffany knows my voice when she hears it and is always happy to hear me call. I cannot good about all the staff here. Just because I have MY favorites doesn't mean anything negative about the others! They are all wonderful. I feel so pampered and special at this salon, and since living in Wake Forest or North Raleigh, I've been to several. This is just the one that felt like my home nail salon! I recently visited the salon for a manicure and pedicure. I've been to the salon on previous occasions and always have a great experience. Unlike many others in the area, I am always able to get a seat minutes upon getting there. Eric is always very friendly over the phone and in person. The drink amenities are a nice touch and the salon is clean and pleasant; not strong with the smell of acetone and polish. My pedicure was nice, but I feel it was a bit rushed which is why I give a 4-star rating. I can't even recall my cuticles being done which is one of my favorite parts of a pedi . I had a traditional polish and the color matched my nails as close as possible. For my manicure I decided to get dipping power vs my regular gel polish. I am pleasantly surprised at how it looks and feels on my nails. I keep my nails short and the powder does not feel bulky at all. Overall a decent experience, I look forward to my next visit however making sure I have a different person that will not go too fast. read more

I have read over these reviews before coming here, I don't mess around when it comes to my nails!:) I have never been to a more kind, professional and warm salon. all the techs and owner genuinely care about your nails and your happiness & it shows in their work. I had come in a week ago and one of my nail tips had chipped off, when I came in to fix just the single nail, they were kind enough to redo my entire dip manicure free of charge. I tried this place out today and I couldn't go through the whole thing. I already had gel on my nails and the lady was being a little rough with my nails and I was going to just deal with it but then she filed my nails and they were coming out crooked even after I told her she had rounded one too much that it looked uneven. My nails were already shaped so all she had to do was file very little but she nearly ruined my square shape making it look like a lipstick shape. I don't recommend this place at all. I should have stuck to my original nail place.people seemed nice but the lady I had seemed annoyed. I left with no nail polish or anything because I didn't want nails ruined. They are very friendly, and once you been going for a while, they know you by name. As I said, I have been going for a while, and today, I love my nails. Super sweet people and will fix things however fake nails are NOT their strong suit. Every time I ask for something simple they don't know how to do it or try and poorly execute. I went for SNS and the young woman couldn't do it so I allowed her to use gel. They were bulky and the shape wasn't good so I had to come back to get them reshaped. Over half popped off less than a week later and this was a $70 set. They fix them with a new set free of charge but those nails took my entire real nail off on several fingers. I would only recommend for basic things like gel manicure with no tips at all unless you can book Johnny. I absolutely love their gel pedicures and the ambience of the place though. read more

I was visiting NC from PA while our home state was still in COVID lockdown. It had been 14 weeks since I had been to a salon ( or anywhere really). I found Eric the owner to be accomodating and sweet. Yes, they do try to upsell you, but who doesn't. The pedicure & pink & white I had done were perfect. The entire time I was there, Eric didnt stop cleaning, wiping down chairs, etc while interacting with clients. I would go here again without any hesitation. read more
