Their location is quite a drive for me and it's pretty expensive. For example, the last daycare visit was $84. It's 49.50 for a REPS day, then I added $20 so she could play in the splash pool, and finally, I pay $12 for her to have a lunchtime Kong. You also don't get photos unless you pay $20 for a Facebook updates pics. I didn't pay for that and therefore got no pics of her at the Splash Park and incidentally, she was not in any photos with other dogs who played (and had a ball judging by the photos on the FB page) in the water that day & who's pawrents did pay for the FB update. I'm happy to pay for my dog to have fun but the way she was apparently separated out because I didn't pay, obviously disappointed me. So, needless to say, I'm looking for another daycare that is perhaps a little closer.

Michael and his team are amazing and take excellent care of our babies. Our previous dog, Cornbread(RIP) LOVED going from the time he was a young boy to a senior man. They took amazing care of him through the years and maintained his many medications when he started to slow down. He was placed with dogs who were at his speed and I loved getting to watch him on the webcams. We later adopted a new dog, who is very selective of who he likes...they were so patient with getting to know him and introducing him to camp. Now he loves it and pulls us through the door as soon as we arrive. We love that we can trust he's in safe hands and know he's having a blast. Thank you for watching our boy when we can't bring him along with us!

I haven't had any issues with any reservations I have made in the past, pet drop-off has been quick and straightforward as long as you have completed all the pre-work online (pet eating schedule, medication, etc). One of the main reasons why I love this place so much is being able book a reservation only a few days prior to that date and therefore not having to worry and plan months in advance to get a spot for boarding like at some other places.

You would not think this is a big deal, however it is a deal breaker for me. I have had other groomers who completely ignored my instructions and my dog received a standard poodle cut. My dog is not a poodle, it is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and their coat is one of the signatures of the breed. As I said, this groomer understood my request and delivered! Highly recommend! 5 !

To begin with their facility they do an evaluation (FREE!) which entails essentially a free day of daycare as they recommend for them to be dropped off at least for 4 hours. In addition, they are running a promo for 2 additional free days of daycare after the evaluation!!! In regards to the actual care for the dogs, you can absolutely tell the staff love the dogs. Or puppy at other daycare was extremely nervous to play/potty but not here she had SO MUCH FUN (never too much). For boarding, they give you a daily report card that includes so many pictures of the pups! In addition, they actually encourage owners to bring a bed/toy to make them feel more at home which most other places do not. On the last day they even gave both dogs a bath that wasn't requested by it was an incredibly appreciated thing they did. They have a webcam as well but I did not feel the need to check on it since I knew my pups were safe and having so much fun. It really took the worry out of our vacation I can truly not recommend playful pack and their staff more, we will absolutely be coming back!!

At one point, I think it was 5 dogs all under 10-15 lbs each. You have to call for the special pricing, but I found it convenient to book on their website. But again they adjust the pricing after. The owners are super friendly along with the manager that I spoke with in the past, they get booked up quickly though. They can be disorganized especially with extra services - we've had to get credited for doggy baths they didn't get a chance to do. I think they have some time management issues. But for overnight boarding it's a great place, clean facility, dogs are always happy and seem well cared for when we get them.

What's great about Camp Bow Wow compared to other doggy daycares: no prior reservation needed, clear doggy cams, and break rooms for chill time! Camp BowWow has easily accessible indoor and outdoor playrooms. This allows your pups to run free and not be confined, which is a HUGEEE PLUS for us! At our last daycare, they were anxious, scared, and had slobber all over them. This time, happy, excited, and absolutely no saliva on them! We have 2 anxious boys who have different needs: one needs his naps and alone time, while the other needs to be with less aggressive dogs. A few notes: one day of daycare runs for about $26 (per dog), the location is located in an inconspicuous location, & in addition to the usual spay/neuter requirements, a quick release collar and nametag must be on your pups upon entry.
