They took amazing care of him through the years and maintained his many medications when he started to slow down. He was placed with dogs who were at his speed and I loved getting to watch him on the webcams. We later adopted a new dog, who is very selective of who he likes...they were so patient with getting to know him and introducing him to camp. Now he loves it and pulls us through the door as soon as we arrive. We love that we can trust he's in safe hands and know he's having a blast. This is mind boggling to me that this business (basically) admitted that THEY made a mistake and that SHE has to pay for it! Shame on you Pet Suites. You don't make the customer pay for YOUR mistake. Check your invoices everyone. Pet Suites is trying to collect more than they're owed.

My dog had some hesitation at first but is always happy to arrive there now. The place looks clean and the staff is very professional. I get it but I also figure she will be cleanER...but that's me and I know it probably creates problems with other people. We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated.
