Two months ago I went in office to inquire about lessons for my dependent nephew who has been struggling with his math. The male employee who was at the desk gave me great information about their schedule, prices, and a brochure and stated that Maureen would be calling me to schedule a placement test (I think that was the test they mentioned but it's been so long I forgot). However, nobody ever followed up. I realize that businesses have been struggling with getting back into their normal routine but, at least give me the courtesy of a call to say you are full or busy and will get back to me. Bottom line, I left my phone number and still no call...that was September 2021. Hellooo mid-November 2021 and still no call. Oh well!

You don't have to be a student at the school to attend tutoring at this location since tutoring is held after school ends. Overall, I do recommend this tutoring program. It is expensive but worth it. I went in with prior knowledge but I left with an increase understanding of ACLS. The class was nice and comfortable. Our instructor Pua allowed us to learn at our own pace while being patient with the group. She was attentive and down to earth. Even got to learn about her roles and job in the medical field. We did lots of hands on work. We were able to ask questions throughout the course. We felt confident while learning. We also had some fun! Parking is easy, and Michelle is the nicest USPS worker I've ever met! The first time I went, I was mailing a passport photo and I had to ask Michelle to help me staple the photo to the application because I don't own a big stapler. She was so kind and we had a good laugh about that. There's no drama and I've never experienced a long line. Today I learned that if you're just dropping off a package to be shipped (with paid labels) and it doesn't contain batteries, you can just drop it at the open window. No waiting in line needed.
