We found ourselves another excellent Thai restaurant in FWB. We have been there three times in one…read moreweek. And we usually try not to eat out more than once a week. The first time the waitress was exceptional and asked us if we wanted chop sticks, which we did. The second time was around 4:30 on New Years Eve. They were closing early that night for a private party. There was only one waitress and service was slower but still exceptable. 3rd time had the same sweet waitress (Jam) as the first time. They seem to get as many takeout orders as sit in and the bar was full-all seats taken. Here is the food review: Appetizers: Bang Bang Chicken is lightly breaded with an amazing sauce. We have ordered this twice. Gyoza is a fried dumpling. We had ordered these the second time we were here because they were out of the steamed pork dumplings. They are good but we prefer the steamed pork dumplings which we have had twice. Their sauce is awesome. On our 3rd visit we wanted to try something different and ordered the seafood wonton. We are happy we did because they were the best we have ever had. The wonton is light and crispy with ample filling of seafood and cream cheese. Mains: Grilled Chicken sandwich-light and tasty with a side of cole slaw just like grandma made and lightly breaded onion rings that were not greasy. Delicious. SuKiYaKi Noodle Soup- had this with chicken and spice level hot. The soup is mild but the hit level is very spicy. Pad Thai- one chicken and two combos were tried. I order the medium level which is plenty spicy for me. My husband orders hot and sometimes it is a tad spicer than other restaurants we have tried. They even have a Thai hot and one more level. The Pad Thai was delicious on all accounts and a step above to other places we have tried. Drunken noodle-a delicious meal Pepper steak: Was delicious even without the peppers. After a few bites I noticed that there were not any sweet peppers in the dish. I mentioned it to the waitress and she came back with a bowel of stir fried peppers to add to my dish. The beef was tender and good quality. Yellow Curry-this dish was enjoyed and the blend of coconut and pineapple was delicious. We have also enjoyed the iced Thai tea. We believe we have found our fave Thai restaurant. It is similar to our previous fave in food but this restaurant has a better ambience.

Got the papaya salad, Tom Kha soup, and Kao Soy Kai. We ate our fill and left with enough for a whole nother meal. Looked at 4 Thai places and picked this one because it's the only one that has the Kao Soy Kai. It's listed as a special and not on the regular menu. So good. Everything was tasty.

The ambiance was kind of mid. Nothing really gave that "wow" factor. They had an AI-generated slideshow playing on the TVs that was about 50% food they actually serve and 50% random Thai dishes, which felt a little strange and didn't really add much to the atmosphere. I ordered the miso chicken ramen. The broth was really good, but the chicken itself had absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt and pepper. It was very bland, which was disappointing because the broth had so much flavor. I was also initially given a fork, which made me laugh a little. I had to ask for chopsticks, and then realized I didn't have a spoon for the broth. It wasn't a huge deal, just part of the overall experience. Overall, the food was okay, the service was great, and the experience was definitely memorable. The staff made me feel welcome, but the ramen itself didn't quite live up to my expectations.

Staff were friendly but quiet. When we walked in there was nobody to great us so we just found a table to sit at. There was a young girl sitting at the checkout counter who looked up but did not acknowledge us. After watching it appears that she may be a daughter of the owners who is watching her phone waiting to go home. Our drinks and appetizer came out within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the iced Thai tea and we had the steamed pork dumplings. We were also served a comp small plate with some head lettuce and a vinaigrette dressing. (Salad). Our main dishes of drunken noodles and pad thai came out quickly. We asked for chop sticks which we were promptly accommodated with. As for the food we both felt it was ok. Not bad but we have had much better at 3 other restaurants in town. When we were done eating we sat a bit wondering if we would receive a bill. The server and cook were sitting behind the counter looking at their phones? I told my husband I think you just go up to the counter and pay, which he did. We were thanked on our way out the door. Like I said, friendly but quiet and shy?
