Ordered through Grubhub. Got the chicken drunken noodles, pork kabob, veggie drunken noodles, and Thai margarita pizza with crab Rangoon stuffed crust. Noodles were fantastic with veggies cooked nicely, just watch out for peppers full of seeds haha. Pizza was out of this work and we dipped the stuffed crust in a sweet and sour sauce that came with the pork kabob. Lastly, the pork blew me away. Will be ordering again soon! read more

We visited last night for the 1st time & for the most part, we loved it & will be back. Just a couple of suggestions though... the description of the Boom Boom Chicken under entrees says it's a sweet garlic butter sauce BUT it was nothing but sweet, tasted like straight honey. It was good but very sweet, no garlic butter flavor at all. Also I asked to substitute noodles for rice which they did but I was charged $3 for the side of noodles, which I don't mind, just wish she would have said that when I ordered because I would have just added the noodles & kept the rice if I was going to be charged. Memorial Day weekend and every breakfast place between Panama City and Pensacola is packed. Found Fire Thai Fusion was advertising breakfast so I gave it a shot in hopes it there wouldn't be a wait. I decided to take the family out for an early mother's day dinner, since restaurants are usually packed on that Sunday. We walked in to the restaurant at around 5pm, and the place was completely empty. We were greeted (acknowledged is a better term, since she wasn't friendly at all) by an older lady, who guided us to the wobbliest table in the restaurant, gave us a handful of menus, then quickly disappeared. The restaurant was playing classic rock music pretty loud, so I'm not sure if they were trying to be a bar or a restaurant, but that made it feel more like a bar with seating. She came back about 5 minutes later and asked us if we wanted to order drinks. We hadn't even seen the drink menu yet, and as soon as I picked it up to figure out what we were going to order, she said "Ill be back" and vanished again. One weird thing that I've never seen from a Thai restaurant before was that they up-charge for spicier food. Kind of strange that they would charge extra for food that is usually supposed to be spicy in the first place. The cold, awkward interactions with the waitress combined with basically being ignored in an empty restaurant seemed to send us a pretty clear message that they didn't value our business, so we left before ordering anything. I have no idea if their food is any good and I probably never will. read more

This place used to good. They had an awesome pizza, I ordered last time, my cheese and toppings fell off my pizza, and I had no red sauce. Unforgivable, Now, there is piece of strange metal in my food, and you can see, I ate most of my food. Never eating here again. Used to love this place a year ago but now it made me change my mind. We only order 2 plates one is pad thai and one is crispy pork. The pad thai does taste like frozen food cause the noodle was soooo hard to bite and the beef are not fresh meat, they smell really bad like old meet plus lots of oil u can see i can't even take a second bite, very disgusting!!! Second the crispy pork is the same meet still smell like old meat in the fridge for months that i can't even chew it cause it too hard to chew. i have to spit it out cause i think my stomach can never digest it T,T The reason why i write this instead of telling them to fix it for me right there is because of their discrimination , they never ask us how's the food or anything ok , but they come around and ask for other people.?? And no manager no nothing for you to talk to ... Been sitting there looking at my food with the disappointing look ... Here on vacation in Florida and was recommended this Thai restaurant. Was told they make pizzas with Thai toppings. Tried the larb pizza, different but tasty. This Thai restaurant is really good. Very authentic because you can tell by the ingredients in their tom yum soup: fresh basil, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass stalks. Glad we got recommended here. As many of y'all know when vacationing in Destin/Fort Walton/Pensacola you will see a lot of Thai restaurants, and we are never sure which one is good. Their thai food is amazing best larb in town, best shrimp pad thai, best tom kha. They also have the best egg drop soup and bento boxes. The Thai pizzas are incredible and you can get any pizza with crab rangoon stuffed crust and I highly recommend it! The regular pepperoni pizza would almost be my favorite pizza in town if not for the price its a lil steep but its still only 2nd to wileys in my book. The breakfast is also very good, the best eggs benedicts in town! My mom had the larb omlete and she said it was incredible as well. The thai tea is always delicious and Wednesdays at lunch its free with your meal. Around lunch most days they also give you complimentary soup and a spring roll. Super friendly amazing service, huge menu, very clean, lots of sake options as well as full bar. They also have pool tables, darts, and karaoke! read more

This is the third time my wife and I have been in here and we can't say enough good things! We have gotten something different every time and they keep outdoing themselves! From the Thai tea to the Tom Kha Gai everything has been excellent. Good size portion and the service has always been good. I don't understand why it's not busier. We ordered out but I had to write a review about their Tom yum, Red Curry, and Mango sticky rice. Those were our favorite out of all the dishes we ordered. Tom Yum I have to say was one of the best I had, super flavorful and made with fresh ingredients such as ginger, basil, kaffir leaves, and lemon stalk. I've come here a few times now and as a self proclaimed Pad Thai connoisseur I can confidently say that Fire Thai Fusion has my favorite Pad Thai in Ft. Walton. But it's not just the Pad Thai that's good- their curry is super flavorful and filling and I also loved their pork belly. Don't even get me started on their calamari appetizer because I know well cooked calamari when I taste it. My husband and I went to eat here today. We've been here several times. No complaints however today was not a great day here for us. There's is an up charge for almost everything. $2.95x 2 just to add ginger and lemon grass. And to get it spicy is an extra $1.00. They also Change to add meat in the food it's about 3.95 depending on what meat it is if it's shrimp it's almost $5.00.The food is definitely not the same. The flavor and the taste is not as great as it was. They definitely lost their touch on authenticity. I had drunken noodles and my husband had Thai basil to add we ordered fried veggie spring rolls which were a bit soggy on one side. As we finished our food my husband paid or the bill. Ms. RAMITA T. our server had the nerve to ask my husband "you have ben here several times and you never tip me". In front of other customers. Mind you she has not always been our server every time. I think that was very unprofessional of her to ask for a tip (asking for money). That was an embarrassment on her end. My husband usually tips if the server gives great service. It's not mandatory to tip if I'm not mistaken. Her customer service was not great. Management definitely needs to speak to their workers in regard to asking for a tip. My husband ordered from this restaurant using UberEats. The fresh rolls look like someone took a bag of classic iceberg salad and tried to stuff it in rice paper. The fresh rolls were falling apart and the shrimp still had the tails on inside of the spring rolls. read more

Ordered the Mak Mak Chicken Pizza, Teriyaki chicken, and crispy pork for takeout. We were told 25 minutes for pickup, then proceeded to wait 45. Once the food was brought out, they forgot the chicken teriyaki, so we waited another 20 minutes. The two cold items were decent, and the teriyaki was good, but not worth the hour wait.
