Having late lunch here with Wifey today.
Clean, well decorated but it just a small place, that can accommodate about 30 people. Just opened last May 2018, originally owned by Mr Taverna, not franchised.
Mr Anthony Taverna is a well known TV and Radio host in the Philippines. Now restauranteur, owner of this restaurant.
I ordered Okoy, Shrimp with Pumpkin (Kalabasa) and my wife ordered Garlic Fried rice and Vigan sausage with sunny side eggs.
The Okoy or baby shrimp with sliced pumpkin dip in egg mixed with corn starch then fried. I dipped it in spicy vinegar, taste so goood!
The sausages was made in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. A province in the Philippines. The ground pork was mixed with salt and pepper, a little bit of sugar and was put in the pork casing. They boiled and then fried the sausages until it turned brown and cooked. It was served with garlic fried rice and fried eggs, pickled papaya on the side. It's delicious!
Serving Staff are good and courteous.
