I had a terrible experience with Kass Law. They were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. What should have been an easy win turned into a complete disaster. For nearly two months, they did nothing to move my case forward, and I was rarely given any updates despite repeatedly trying to stay informed. What made the experience even worse was that just days before dropping my case, they assured me that everything was under control. Then, without any warning or proper explanation, they dropped my case entirely. Because of their delays and lack of communication, I am now left with damaged property that I have to pay for myself. Had my case been handled properly and in a timely manner, I believe this situation could have been avoided. The is not a law firm that you want to interact with. At the beginning, it seems friendly but then they will try to swindle you. Unethical as well. They will indirectly hint you to exaggerate your injury so they can get more. Yes, it's unfair that I got injured but it's not right to make it look so bad. If you aren't religious then think about karma or what might happen to you or your family. It didn't sit well in my heart and my priest agreed with me.
