My gyro

We were in bel air for work and went in for lunch. It was about 1:00, and there weren't many people there, which is a damn shame! This place was great! I ordered the gyro, and my friend ordered the golden pita which is saffron chicken chunks in the pita. We got waffle fries and onion rings. We ordered at the counter, but there were menus on the counter, so they might be full service if you go in and sit - we just saw the menu above the counter and jumped right in. The SUPER sweet lady that took our order came by our table while we waited for our food and brought us a couple of little bowls of their lentil soup, "on the house." Y'all. I didn't think I liked lentil soup. I WAS WRONG. They blitz it at the end, so it's smooth and creamy (idk if there's actual dairy in it, but the texture is lovely). It's beautifully seasoned with a spice blend that among others, featured cumin. It also had some little strips of fried something (tortilla? Pita? Idk) in it. The vibe was very close to Tex Mex , but that's probably because we eat a lot of that and strongly associate cumin with that cuisine even though it's also featured in so many other cuisines. We loved it, and giving us that little free taste would net regular orders of this soup if we lived near here. Smart! Our pitas were delicious. The sear on my lamb was gorgeous, and the chicken in my friend's pita was gloriously yellow and juicy. The bread was lightly toasted in the outside. I will say, these were not the monster size pitas I've grown accustomed to back home, but it was plenty of food. I'm not a big waffle fry girl (crinkles ftw!), but these were your standard waffle fry - no complaints. But the onion rings were AWESOME. Crispy, thick cut, beautifully seasoned - just what you're looking for. My friend's pita came with two containers of sauce - one white, one green. I had assumed the white would be tzatziki, but I feel like it was something else - tangy and thinner than that. The green sauce was something very herbal and fresh tasting. I thought that was really nice. As we were leaving, we chatted with the lady behind the register, and she told us that these are her family's recipes. This is a family owned business, and at least some of these recipes come from her grandmother! Y'all get over there and get some of that good food. Definitely recommend.

This place is AMAZING!!! I am already planning when I can go back and what I'm going to get! The staff is friendly and even brought our food to us. The restaurant has lots of seating and was very clean! You could totally do a grab and go order too, just a short wait as things are made fresh to order. There is a good amount of parking as well, only downside is getting back out onto Baltimore Pike during the rush (making a left? Good luck lol). The portions are huge and fairly priced. This is my new favorite spot in Bel Air!!!

I spent some time in the Middle East and this delicious food brought back some wonderful memories. I had the Chicken Saffron that came with their salad, saffron rice, tomato slice, pepper, and large pieces of tasty saffron chicken kabob with a white and a green sauce. My wife ordered the Mango curry chicken. Outstanding. We ate slow so we could eat these large portions. I like the layout too! We took home deserts: Dubai chocolate, pistachio tres leches cake, baklava, gulab Jamun. HOME MADE Dubai Chocolate! The staff so sweet, knowledgeable and respectful. They will be able to help guide your food choices.

OMG!! Chicken Curry - Get it! Absolutely AMAZING- best EVER. The lentil soup is out of-this -world....literally. I seriously drank it from the bowl and get it every time I come here. Today I ordered the Shiraz Salad and I loved this too. The seasoning added to the goodness of the cucumber, tomato and onion creating a flavor you'll want to savor. Get a spoon so you can ladle the juice. David I'll be telling everyone about your culinary GEM! Thank you. Wendy Nowakowski CEO - UBrandYourself

I only leave reviews when i really love something and believe in it. Since Kabob Korner has opened, my partner and I have been regular customers and probably have eaten there at least 5 times. As a self proclaimed chicken snob I can say that their chicken kabob is amazing in ALL the ways. It's always juicy and seasoned to perfection and the portion is generous! The rice it comes with has flavors I've never tasted in rice before! SO good!!! Aside from the food, the staff is always warm and welcoming when you walk in! And if you get a chance, try their Chai! I had the ginger and my partner had the cardamom and both were great! The perfect cozy drink on a cold day!! I wish them so much luck on this new endeavor! We needed a restaurant like this in town!

Stop what you're doing and try Kabob Korner!!! Everything was a 10/10 from the delicious food all the way to the excellent customer service. Mr. David the owner is so pleasant and he takes pride in making his customers happy. His son Zach works the front and he is so knowledgeable on all the menu items. He was quick to offer recommendations which I loved. The restaurant is tidy and inviting as well. Also, loved how quick the food came out and their generous portions. You have a new loyal customer! I look forward to coming back soon.

Lamb Kebab Bowl $15.99--mostly grizzly meat

With 43 Google reviews & a score of 4.6 out of 5, we visited this take-out/restaurant looking forward to the highly recommended dishes on the menu. With a final bill of $35/person, we ordered their best, to ensure our meal. This meal was a bad mistake from beginning to end. We're sorry we ate here. The food is expensive & poor... The praised lentil soup ($4.99/person) was watered-down heavily. The spice was an over-powering amount of coarse black pepper. It had a nice color, but little flavor & was as thin as a bowl of tea: It was poor. The lamb chunks on both the platter ($21.95) & lamb kebab bowl ($15.99) were tasty. But, 30% of the lamb pieces were so over-cooked they were blackened solid & leathery. A further 25% of them were full of grizzle & unchewable. The rice on the platter was a large mound of plain white rice, unseasoned & tasteless. The Shirazi salad was easy to overlook, & had little flavor. Desert was one helping of Pistachio Tres Leches ($9.50). It was a large helping in a plastic box with a plastic fork for dining-in. The large thick white sponge cake was days old & dried-out. A layer of skimmed milk slopped-around in the bottom of the box. The whole thing was tasteless. Coffee anyone ($4.19 from the machine)? It was worst of all. The coffee button produced foaming dishwater that tasted foul & had no coffee flavor at all. The ginger chai button (on the same self-serve machine) produced a mug of skimmed milk-water that had been forced to foam. Almost no flavor of ginger. Only the same dishwater flavor as the "coffee".

Lamb kabob, "Where's the lamb!"

Ordered the lamb kabob, had to search the platter for where the lamb pieces were. Not worth the price, $20 for this. Probably not coming back anytime soon

The place wasn't packed but the conversations filling the air below the music playing over the speaker. TVs and art spaced along the walls and a host desk as soon as you come in. I was seated within minutes by Mercio. He was a good time recommending drinks and filling me in on the taco deal for Tuesday. I started with the Rosita ( per Mercio request) and I see why it's popular on the mocktail menu! The elote de la calle was so tender with lots of lime at first I was worried about eating a whole corn but luckily they split it. The coco loco shrimp tacos were fire too filled to the brim and I loved garlic aioli! To finish the night the flan was just thing best I've had in a while and a great size. This is a place to come and enjoy a meal without feeling the need to be rushed. I'll be back to try more of this menu for sure.

We were very lucky; as soon as we sat down, the place filled up with customers and there were many waiting to be seated. Our waitress came over and took our drink order and we asked for a little time to place our appetizer order. When the waitress returned, we placed our order and she asked us to place our main course order. We asked if we could wait until she brought the appetizer. She never returned. We waited and watched as she continued to go from table to table taking orders, delivering orders and occasionally looking our way. Finally, the owner came to our table and took our order. Our food was brought to us by the waitress and that was the last we saw of her. Still, people waiting for table seating. Other customers finishing their meals and we wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, the owner comes back over to us as our waitress watches. We told him that we have been waiting for a box and the check for over twenty minutes. I guess she thought that we made her wait to take our order, that she would make us wait for our dinner. The owner apologized, brought a box and the check. And the waitress watched. Her passive-aggressive behavior was amazing. As we were leaving, the owner apologized again. We have always enjoyed eating at his restaurant. The owner is such a hard-working gentleman and the food is so good. It is a shame that his business is being ruined by this waitress. As good as the food is, the service was horrible. I can honestly say we will not be back.

A level up from Fast food interior. Steady around 3:30 on a Tuesday. I've seen other locations (they have a total of 7) and always thought it was just about Charbroiled Chicken but they offer so much more. The grand opening offer was for a 1/4 chicken with two sides. We got dark meat with fries and creamed spinach. Signature Chicken didn't disappoint-tender, juicy and just right seasoned. We wanted to try another dish also so we ordered the Pollo Parrilero-sides were Chaufa Rice and Red Potatoes. Boneless Chicken was grilled perfectly and if you like a strong charbroiled taste this one is for you. Long list of sides and we enjoyed all of them. Three sauces with green being the spiciest. The other two were in the Garlic and Comeback sauce neighborhood. All went well with the chicken and sides. Ordered the Tres Leches cake-although not made by them, delicious-they mentioned the Flan is house made. Tried the Inca cola for the first time. Peruvian (although bottled by Coke)-sugary and called the Champagne of Colas-one to just enjoy without reading the ingredients though. Service was friendly, upbeat and filled with hustle. We will be back to try some of their other dishes-Pasta, Subs, Wraps, Burritos and a few Seafood options.
