One month ago received a brand new Resmed Airsence 11 CPAP Machine from Kadence, Medicare approval was required. Around four days ago a Kadence rep called me about about sending me a new water tank and I told him not to send one because after receiving the new machine Medicare will not approve a new tank for 6 months. He wasn't listening at all to what I was saying and sent a new tank to me. Now I will probably have to dispute it with Medicare. I receive better service from Amazon. read more

On my initial visit to Kadence after a sleep test and upon recommendation from my doctor to obtain sleep apnea equipment, the Kadence rep, even though he received the information from my sleep doctor, was obviously not informed or had not taken the time to even reed my sleep apnea test. He showed me several masks and suggested one, and told me if that didn't work he would change the mask configuration to better serve my needs. After this meeting I picked up the equipment from them, and when I used it for the first night, the suggested mask did not work out at all for me and I ended with a sleepness night. I needed a new mask that worked better for my sleeping style. So the very next day I called the rep that I had met with and he didn't answer so I left a voice mail with him. No call back. I left at least 2 more voice mail messages for him to call me, but in over a week NO return calls. I called the company itself and NO return call. My conclusion: I would never recommend Kadence to anyone. Beyond disappointing. read more

Kadence Healthcare for CPAP supplies has been a nightmare. They got first mask supplies out to me in a timely manner, but further attempts at customer service has been over 2 hours of my time with AI generated voices referring me to people who then refer me to someone who can't help. I am stuck with a 6 month supply of mask cushions paid for by my insurance that I can't use. I am paying out of pocket for new cushions from Amazon in the correct size. Addendum to review: an hour after my review went live, I was contacted by Stephanie from Kadence. She expressed concern about my experience and thoughtfully listened to me. Stephanie explained some Kadence issues and offered to fix my problem by sending me the mask cushions I need. I would highly recommend Kadence Heath care. I just started Cpap therapy and I was having some mask fit issues. Customer service suggested to come in and try on masks. When I visited I was met with Eric (respiratory therapist and manager I believe) Eric took the time to ask lots of questions about sleep habits and what worked and didn't work to get the right fit. Eric also took the time to explain the machine, care of machine and accessories ( When to replace etc)and how my insurance worked. I left feeling like I had a partner that I could trust for my CPAP therapy needs. read more

Initial meeting with Eric was great in May of 2025. CPAP unfortunately was not the answer. Paid all my bills on time. Get a call from Kadence to call back in early January 2026. Called back and they say they dont know what I would need to call back about...Ok cool..a mistake. In January I get a statement with a bill dated 05/28/25. Never saw that bill before on my statement. Noticed the sequence of invoice #'s is after all the bills I paid for from May through October. And the statement online says billed 05/28/25 and due on 12/01/25. Asked for the invoice to be sent so I can see what the billing is for and if infact I need to pay. Never sent it to me. Went on the bill website and was able to get the bill this time around. Then they called a friend that was listed on my chart as an emergency contact telling them that they need to get a hold of me as it is an important financial matter. The bill looked as though it was for supplies from my initial consultation that was never billed in M ay 2025. Dated 05/28/25 due 12/01/25..Odd due date. I did not do any research on the bill to see if insurance covered any of it. I was kinda disgusted at these guys. So if you are a Kadence customer be wary of their billing practices. Today I received a statement with a late fee of $15.00 for the invoice that I never knew about. Classic! Great doing business with you Kadence.. read more

Terrible customer service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone to ask a question. They only want to process and refill prescriptions through their automated service. They're not concerned about getting you want you need. In short, they just want to send you as much as they can so rip off insurance companies and take your money. It has been more than six weeks since my doctor submitted a referral for a sleep study and, despite nearly daily follow-ups, Kadence still has not been able to set it up. Casey is THE BEST!!! During the fires in LA in January, 2025, we were helping turn corporate facilities into shelter for displaced personnel and their families. We were informed that we had a senior whose oxygen concentrator was shutting down (likely due to the air pollution from the fires). It was already 6pm when I started calling everybody - and while others were kind, Kadence answered after hours, and that's when I got Casey on the phone and he jumped right in. While we were still getting the patient's name and specific location, Casey was already on it, directing what he needed to know and heading to the location - after hours, with grace and expertise. I recently got a sleep study done, and apparently I've had sleep apnea for 10 years and some of my health issues were because of my sleep apnea like hair loss, and high resting heart rate, frequent urination at night. apparently I had 15 occurrences per hour while sleeping. My UCI doctor referred me here to get my machine, where I've had the pleasure of working with Eric the respiratory therapist. Eric has been extremely friendly and really helped me throughout the process of trying to get used to using a machine, and following up with me on how my treatment is going. read more

As I began with, if everything is simple, they are fine. But for things out of the ordinary, it is a struggle dealing with the AI. Once I reached Stephanie - which only happened through yelp - things got resolved pretty quickly. (It has taken a while for me to update my review because of unrelated things that were taking up my time.) While the AI might get better in the future, at least for now they should hire back more people to help with customers rather than letting AI drive customers away. read more

No service for CPAP on weekends - rude and extremely unhelpful - they wanted us to drive over an hour away at 6 pm even though we called them at 8:30 am - cannot wait to move to another provider - PLUS they keep giving us 'free' masks that are not appropriate for our needs - it looks like they are helping us - but all they have done is give is masks we cannot use. I came home from the hospital needing a bipap machine for home and we had Eric meeting us at home when getting home from the hospital to help set it up for us. And my goodness he was extremely helpful, incredibly nice, very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help. He taught my girlfriend how to use the machine and we had a small complication a day later and we were able to call and he was so sweet to us still and talked us through it how to fix what we need. Quite a difference from the other 3 approved by Blue Shield for my CPAP supplies. I called all others first because the weird spelling of "Cadence" bugged me, like it was a scamming outfit or something. One of them was outright rude and they all burdened me with extra paperwork and none seemed interested in my business. One of them took 2 minutes to answer and when I asked about that they said "oh, that's actually good." Kadence answered my call right away, and all subsequent communications. They took on the work to get the info needed from my doctor, as well as checking with insurance for eligibility. They called in advance for my 10% out of pocket payment (like $23), which I appreciate so there are no surprises! When my order arrived, it even had 3 masks (1 for each month I guess) so they did their homework about what my insurance allows. In fact, they researched and discovered I was eligible for a new CPAP machine ($900 value) and because my deductible is met this year, it's free to me (this year)!!! So, if mine breaks in the future I don't have to pay the $900 from my deductible! So far so good! Super satisfied! read more
