Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.

Having detailed my own vehicles for over 50 years I am extremely picky about outside washes and detailing. The challenges with the chains are: 1. Their package deals are tied to one vehicles tag number. ( Not at Park Place. I purchased the 10 wash/detail package with my phone number. My son and wife can use my phone number to wash their cars using the 10 washes. If they are nice to me! 2. The chains let me detail at their locations using supplied soft cloths, air, and vacuums. How nice to let me spend time cleaning the spots that are missed, vacuuming and cleaning the windows inside and out! At least 30 extra minutes in the sun. (Not at Park Place. Three workers spent 15 minutes touching up all areas that were missed during the wash and the floors and windows were like NEW! Outstanding JOB! Be sure to tip the workers in the outside employee tip jar. There is seating inside the building or covered lawn furniture outside. I was fully impressed with all aspects of the business. Eduardo sold me my package after a great explanation. Ally was great at checkout. Their prices on similar services cannot be beat and their attention to detail and your satisfaction is a priority. It seems like too many vehicles are being scheduled without allowing enough time to complete each one properly. I would recommend adjusting appointment times or pricing so each vehicle receives the level of care customers are paying for. They assured me that they'd take care of it. This was definitely another OMG-I-can't-believe-how-clean-the-car-is! experience. The front and rear windshields and all the windows were spotless. There wasn't a speck of dust on the dashboard or center console. The mats looked like new. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and when I took my little fur-baby out of the car, they were friendly to him, and he liked them. I find that with my small car, I can soap, spotless rinse, and blow dry the water off my glass and mirror. Hint: The "spotless rinse" really means just that, people! No need to knock yourself out drying your car! (chuckle). Never had a spotting problem in 20+ years. Downsides: 1. The "Blast Dry" nozzles are frequently duct-taped together. Materials and workmanship issue here, folks. 2. The vacuums are HORRIBLY overpriced and over-gimmicked. Avoid. Get your dust buster out at home and save!
