Absolutely the top quality care & patient experience anywhere! I cannot more highly recommend this…read moredental practice from start to finish. Every interaction, from phone to reception, to scheduling, reminders, ease of access, free parking, processing intake was efficient & superlative!! BEST of all: Dr Iero was affable, brilliant, skilled, speedy, VERY solicitous of patient convenience & ease, PLUS ensured a PAINLESS procedure. Do not be nervous about entrusting Dr. Iero with your dental surgery!! His personal follow-up call to check-in how you're recovering is absolutely PERFECT! I didn't want to leave, but to stay there with such marvelous people! Even the background music & hearing Dr. Iero share accounts of his life are wonderful. Kudos to all members of this Team!!

I'm so glad I ended up hunting down Dr. Iero. I wasn't referred to him by my regular dentist…read morebecause my regular dentist wanted to do the extraction but I wasn't comfortable with that so I started looking for an oral surgeon specifically. I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth which caused an infection and extraction of the tooth was going to be the best option. During my consult the office did a really cool scan/xray thing and actually ended up being diagnosed without anyone ever even looking in my mouth which I thought was super cool. The office is also nice and clean which got huge bonus points from me since I can be really sensitive to smells. The extraction took like 20 minutes total and I'm not going to say it was a walk in the park because- someone ripped my tooth out of my face but it actually was painless. Even the shots were so magically well done. One of the nurses/assistants (IDK what they are) told me at the start that she was going to put numbing agent where he would do the shots and just never came back so he did the shots without them and I literally couldn't feel them. I had just had a filling the week before and it felt like the dentist was shooting acid in my face so for Dr. Iero to be able to give me a shot IN THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH without any real discomfort was pretty impressive to me. He also walked me through what he was doing and explained what might happen. When my cap broke off I didn't panic because the doc had given me a heads up. And at the end they gave me a care package of things that I didn't even think to need. If I can give any advice to anyone seeing Dr. Iero though it would be- absolutely do not be late. On the day of the procedure Houston got some heavy rain and drivers were freaking out as they do so while I allowed myself 20 minutes of travel time for the 10 minute drive, I ended up being late and the doc was SUPER obvious about his annoyance. He wasn't angry as much as like disappointed parent mode and he mentioned it not once but twice. I also hate people who are late and I hate being late so I totally understood the annoyance but just allow yourself the extra time. I would still recommend him 10 out of 10 times because of how well he did. If you're that skilled you can be particular- those are the rules lol all in all this was a very positive experience given that i lost a tooth. I'll see him again in a few months for the rest of the process and if (god forbid) I have to get another extraction I will 100% come back to Bellaire facial, oral, and dental implant surgery.

I'm 26 and got all four of my wisdom teeth removed this morning. Friends and family told me it…read morewould be tough because the longer you wait the more it hurts or the harder it is for them? I don't know what they're talking about because even after being sedated during the procedure, I'm feeling WAY better and awake and aware than I anticipated after the fact. Antoinette was so sweet as she got me prepped, making sure I was calm, and warm. She even held my hand. I told her she was new my best friend. Before I fell asleep I told everyone in the room "thanks for doing this for me" and Dr. Cooper-Newland thanked me for trusting them. She must be some kind of miracle worker if I'm able to feel this good this quickly. Maybe tomorrow will be different, but so far my friends and family are in shock as to how well how I'm doing. What an amazing doctor and staff all around! Even to the front desk staff!! You guys rock!

I don't plan to come back to this office or any place where I get bad vibes. I don't think that…read morethis place had my best interest in mind when I came in for a diagnostic appointment. The doctor, a pleasant young man, was patient and had good manners. However, certain diagnostic procedures were being strongly pushed on me, and, as I later found out, these procedures were excessive and not as safe as what was claimed. I realize that it's entirely my responsibility that I didn't do my homework and therefore wasn't prepared to stand my ground, which led to me accepting unnecessary procedures. I also realize that many doctors feel that they first and foremost need to cover themselves from potential lawsuits; the patient's wellness comes second at best. Soon I received a huge bill, whereas all I wound up needing was to get 2 teeth pulled at my regular dentist. I have described my experience, you might have better luck with this practice. At any rate, I advise you to do your research before visiting a doctor, so that you are prepared to decide for yourself what you may or may not need, and not give in under pressure.
