"Looks can be deceiving" could have been their slogan in the past but not anymore. Recently renovated from top to bottom, the philosophy of high quality was kept in mind when remodeling this establishment. They are the whole package now. I've come here several times for their hot bar but the one thing that keeps me coming back is the firecracker chicken sub. The ingredients are wholesome and fresh every time because they don't cut corners! The chicken was seasoned well and was delightful. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could even taste hints of basil with each bite. I've had the privilege of trying out their hot bar and the saying "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. The hot bar does not use generic low quality hot bar foods. Instead, you are enticed by the smell of freshly made meats and pastas that the staff prepares in the kitchen daily. We were staying at Courtyard Marriot across the street and found this gem for a quick breakfast. The kids had pancakes and my wife and I had the breakfast sandwiches. They were on point - everything was delicious and made to order. Understand that this location is in an office building you have to enter the front of the building. Then it's down a hallway on the first floor, the guard will show you where if needed. The service was excellent. read more

The food here is actually pretty good, when it's good. It's sometimes a hit or miss. Kafe Kosmos is located in an office park right in the middle of nowhere. It's literally a food dessert. This place has a pretty decent pad thai, the mixed fried rice is way too salty, the sandwiches are pretty good, they have a salad bar, sushi on a daily basis, a variety of soups and salads and a lot more. The menu is basically American and Asian fusion. The food is good but don't expect to pay anything under $10 minimum as your food is weighed at the register and a decent meal will cost about that much if not more. If you're conscious about it, maybe you can get something for $8 or less, otherwise I definitely think it's a bit pricey for what it is...but again, it's the only food venue besides Subway in the area, so it's very convenient. read more

I had breakfast here on a Thursday morning in January 2022. The food was good, and prices were normal. The place was busy with people and conversation, but not too busy, so just about right. I was staying in the hotel across the street and was pleased to find this full-service breakfast joint nearby. The restaurant is located in a high-rise office building and the restaurant is hard to find from the street. I saw no signs anywhere. I found it because of Google maps. read more

Thank you food gods, for placing this sublime cafe in an otherwise barren office park! Without Kosmos, I would be stuck brown bagging it every single Monday through Friday! I've only eaten lunch here twice but I'm already infatuated. On my first visit, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was grilled Cajun chicken on a toasted sub roll with pesto, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I would've never thought of combining pesto and Cajun but it was a great combination, and held together perfectly by the fresh, crusty roll. They only use Boar's Head meats so I'm looking forward to trying other sandwiches and paninis. But Lo, you ask, won't you grow weary of sandwiches? Fair point, which is why it's fabulous that they also have a hot and cold bar! As you can see in my photo, I tried a little bit of everything on my second visit.* I believe the veggie egg roll was oven baked since it wasn't dripping in oil like when you get them from a carryout. It was good- I mean, an egg roll's an egg roll. It hits the spot for me when I'm craving something fried. For my protein, I had the jerk chicken breast. It was flavorful and juicy, however the jerk sauce had an almost sweet taste rather than spice. I recommend it but only if you want good chicken, not if you're looking for heat. My two sides of scalloped potatoes and chickpea salad were great, especially for being cafeteria food. The potatoes had just the right amount of lightly browned cheese and were cooked evenly (I hate when you get a couple of potatoes that are raw)! The salad of chickpeas, black beans, onions, tomato, and avocado must have been the day's Latin cuisine item and I'm glad they made it! The ingredients were fresh and it's definitely something I'd buy regularly. Kosmos is also a good meeting space since they have plenty of tables, small and large. I've been there only during the lunch rush when it's crowded and noisy, so you want to go later if you're having a working lunch. The sandwich makers and cashiers are polite and the lines move quickly. *I would normally have selected a sensible salad but I was trying to be a good Yelper. read more

I always walk in and get the Thai chicken and pad thai. Yum! Its nice and spicy. This quaint little place has a deli where you order sandwiches as well as a food bar. I have tried the quesadillas and the chicken wings as well. The food is always nice and fresh as well as nice and hot. It is a convenient spot to grab a salad to go as well. read more
