Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am on Sunday, November 5th. At 9:45am I got a text from Patrice asking "how flexible" my schedule was because they were running behind. Changing the time wasn't an issue, so we re-scheduled for later that day (1:00pm). At 12:50pm I received a phone call from Patrice stating that they weren't going to be able to come at all that day because they were so far behind. Not wanting to completely cancel, we once again rescheduled; Monday morning at 8:00am. Now, normally I wouldn't mind nor stress about the rescheduling, however, our move out inspection was scheduled for that day at 3:00pm. My husband arrived at our old house at 7:45am, just in case they were a bit early. He was there until 11:00am cleaning by himself because MAID IN WHIDBEY FAILED TO SHOW UP AND PROVIDE THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES. My husband and I called and text Patrice, to no avail. I reached out over Facebook Messenger and received no response. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt before posting this review, thinking maybe she would touch base and explain why she didn't show up. However, it's been 48 hours and we've heard nothing. Our home security system tracks all movement and activity within our home and our smart lock allows us to see all entry and exit. I noticed that the cleaners were at my house for a total of 63 minutes for our routine "2 hour" clean.
