The treatment was about 90 minutes and included a beautiful combination of techniques -- deep cleansing, hibiscus & vitamin C exfoliation, hydrodermabrasion, extractions, buccal facial massage, oxygen infusion with hyaluronic acid, and a firming mask with cold therapy. Most places will pressure you into buying their products afterwards. Well you won't find that old used cars salesman tactic here. Elena genuinely wants to take care of you and address your skin concerns. The process to make the booking is super easy which I love! Just go onto her website select which service you want and you have the option to tip and pay online or in person. This is great because when I attend my appointments I don't have to worry about paying since I already took care of all that online. In my head the appointment was free because it's paid off. You know how girl math is haha The building is like a business type of style. Now she is in suite 6 but you actually have to take the elevator or stairs go to level 2 find suite 200 which is the OC salon and spa inside that unit you will find suite 6 which is where Elena is located. The parking lot is huge and free. There's also bathrooms to use in the common area. I got the 90 min signature ritual which was basically a lymphatic massage focusing on the facial, neck, shoulder, arms, and scalp. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. I think I even had a couple of snores in between haha. She starts off cleansing your face before beginning the massage. She does use essential oils so you can let her know if there's any skin sensitivity or allergies. Which you'll complete a health form prior to your appointment. From the face she will the move down to your neck, shoulders, arms, fingers, and scalp. I don't know how she does it but when I left my appointment my face was GLOWING! I looked so bright and full of energy. Considering I only got 4 hours of sleep thanks to that new mom life haha! She does customized your appointment to fit your target areas of concerns. So know that no visit will be the same aka cookie cutter type. Which is so rare to find because other places I feel you go and you get exactly what the person before you got. If you know you will be a repeat client of hers after your first visit, which I already know you probably will. You can purchase her packages for some of the services she offers. And you get 30% off the add ons. Which again girl math comes into play here. You're literally saving money doing the packages. I'm so excited to try the buccal facial next because I have minor tmj issues . So there's more tension there. It looks so relaxing from videos I've seen on her IG. this is more of a natural non-invasive way to help with my tmj and jaw soreness. I also asked my dentist about the buccal facial and he told me it can help with my tmj if I didn't want to go down the Botox route. Again yay to more holistic treatment She also offers other services like a facial where you can extract your pores, or customized facial. Honestly I probably will end up trying ALL her services. This is how much I love coming here! I also brought my mom. And if anyone knows the typical traditional immigrant Asian moms is they spend very little money and time on treating themselves to self care like this.
