The space is spacious, spotless, and surprisingly well-equipped -- multiple rooms, all with brand-new-looking machines lined up neatly. Immediately made me feel at ease. I booked the eye & facial gua sha + deep hydration treatment. Once I changed and got settled, my esthetician started with a thorough cleanse. Then she applied facial oil, sanitized the gua sha tools, and got to work -- slowly, methodically, with real intention. What I loved: she talked me through everything as she went -- pointing out areas of tension or poor circulation and explaining what to watch out for. My eyes are chronically puffy with dark circles. She patiently worked through it. The neck and shoulder area was included too. My whole face felt lifted and refreshed. After the gua sha, she did a full hydration treatment on my face and shoulders. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep. The full session was 90 minutes. I own a gua sha board at home, but there is simply no comparison to professional technique and skilled hands. Very unprofessional staff and a disappointing experience. I've been a VIP with this shop since 2018 and had a great experience with Tiffany and Jon for my Masseter Botox and Forehead Lift. This year, Claire contacted me and asked me to purchase VIP packages. I tried the same service with a different nurse, Vera, for the same treatment. Unfortunately, the injections left my face uneven. When I reached out, Claire dismissed my concerns without even examining me and blamed my bone structure. The service and procedures have degraded compare to when I first joined. It was my first time at Venus Med Spa and I am definitely coming back. I love how clean and organized the facility is. It gives you a lot of space to relax and enjoy your service. There is a sense of luxury but also pretty cozy. I came in for an all-inclusive facial. I was greeted by Tiffany and taken to the consulting room when I came in. They took time to get to know my need and my skin. The services were explained in details to me. I expressed that acne removal is my main purpose coming here. Tiffany was professional, caring, and very attentive. Surely A+ service. After paperwork I was taken to a room where I changed to my gown and waited for my aesthetician to come in. The whole service was about more than an hour on a very comfortable bed. I liked how the room condition made me totally relaxed and excited for my service. Temperature and music were just right, which was important to me. The aesthetician was sweet and very skillful in her work!! I was totally impressed how she diligently worked smoothly on the acne removal. I had to say since that was my main purpose coming in I appreciate her so much for the way she took her time for the extraction. I felt like she tried to get every one of them!! Besides extraction, she spends a good amount of time on massaging and moisturizing my skin. The products they use I had no allergic reaction to. My skin feels smooth and firm after the treatment.
