I strongly would have preferred it if I could leave a positive review for Bloom but unfortunately I can't. I went here to get several moles on my face removed. I sent in photos first and asked for an estimate and general thoughts about whether my moles could be fully removed and/or how many sessions it would take. After seeing my photos they quoted $250 for mole removal and $350 for moles plus a very small skin tag under my eye & said that would cover the sessions it would take to get rid of the moles completely. When I showed up for my first appointment, I was told the price would be higher because they said some of the moles would require maybe 3 sessions. However, they said for most of the moles, one or two sessions would do the trick. But they assured me my moles would be fully removed. I've got a pretty decent pain threshold but the apparatus they use for mole remove caused a decent amount of discomfort. The numbing cream they use honestly did not feel as effective as those I've had at other places, i.e., numbing creams used for fillers. Two weeks after my first session, all scabs had come off to reveal ... no change. Seriously, none. As I was checking out after the second session, I was told for the first time that I'd have to pay additional fees for round 3. I asked why I would be charged again because at my initial consult I was told the quoted price would cover up to 3 sessions. My question/comment was met with a "so do you want to schedule your third session?" I never returned for a third session. Not because it would cost extra money but because even after the second session, even my very small and not very dark moles were all still there without any perceptible improvement. Seemed ridiculous to keep going back and paying more money just to get zapped without results. read more

I tried this business for botox for glabellar lines and crow's feet. I usually go to another medispa but they no longer accepted Allē so I tried this one. I mentioned that i was concerned about droopy eyelids as a side effect and the nurse told me that injecting forehead lines would cause eyelid droop. Usually I get just botox between the brows and a few units on the crows feet but she talked me into getting some above my eyebrows too. Since my injection I've noticed slight dropping of my right eyelid. My eyelids are already hooded so now ny eye looks even smaller. I'm not happy about this and now have to wait till the effects wear off in 3 mos. An oculoplastic surgeon said that eyelid droopiness can be caused by injecting too close to the eyebrows. I won't be returning here. Botox injections are an art and I thought the nurse's 17 yrs of experience was satisfactory but it wasn't for me. read more
