I explained to her that the last time I bought them there, they were stale and before I could finish, she cut me off and was like "I can't give you samples!" So then I continued to question her, "so if I buy these candies and they are stale again, what happens?" And she responded very rudely, "I can't do anything about that," while the whole time she was giving me a dirty look and acting like I was making some crazy request. So even though I spent more than $40 for a big bag of candy and had to throw away literally half of the bag away (so throwing away $20), you mean to tell me you will allow me to make another blind purchase and I will just have to accept that they are stale?! No freaking way! You lost my business! Sweet Factory, you need to work on your employees' customer service. The lady was very rude and I didn't take the time to take her name because I was so disgusted with how she looked at me and dismissed me right away. She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer. Sweet Factory, if you don't train up your staff to be more courteous, I'm sure you will lose more business! I will not be returning!

There's about 4 blocks of houses to view. You can walk on the sidewalk or drive through in your car. The lights are supposed to be on between 5-10pm daily. Some tips: - it gets very busy. I recommend you come right when it starts at 430-5pm. By 530pm, the streets are already packed with cars and people walking around. - when it's busy, it's really hard to navigate with a stroller. I recommend you leave those in the car. - dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes to walk in. - be prepared for lots of traffic going in and out so plan accordingly. That didn't stop me from finding a few treasures, though! I ended up browsing the cookware section and picked up a beautifully designed set of reusable chopsticks along with beginner-friendly M-shaped training chopsticks. We reentered with others at 11:05. The lady in front of us told him that 3 of her 5 reservations would not be there. I waited until everyone was checked in and hands washed. I stood by the register for over 5 minutes - when he finally came over, I told him that I would be happy to take one of the missing reservations. He said I would have to wait until everyone showed up, but not everyone was there. So I sat down next to my granddaughter. He came over to my chair, trying to explain the same thing. I told him that the lady (who was right across the table from me) had told him that 3 were not coming and that I was trying to help. HE THEN STARTED to verbally abuse me, telling me that I was being rude and that if I didn't stop, he would not be able to teach my granddaughter. I responded that we just needed to end the conversation (the entire time, I was sitting WITH HIM STANDING NEXT TO MY SHOULDER). He continued by calling me rude and threatening. All I could say was we needed to stop the conversation. HE CONTINUED WITH THREATS. Then he decided to kick me out after I made a hand gesture to stop talking.
