No freaking way! You lost my business! Sweet Factory, you need to work on your employees' customer service. The lady was very rude and I didn't take the time to take her name because I was so disgusted with how she looked at me and dismissed me right away. She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer. I recommend you come right when it starts at 430-5pm. By 530pm, the streets are already packed with cars and people walking around. - when it's busy, it's really hard to navigate with a stroller. I recommend you leave those in the car. - dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes to walk in. - be prepared for lots of traffic going in and out so plan accordingly. He said I would have to wait until everyone showed up, but not everyone was there. So I sat down next to my granddaughter. He came over to my chair, trying to explain the same thing. I told him that the lady (who was right across the table from me) had told him that 3 were not coming and that I was trying to help. HE THEN STARTED to verbally abuse me, telling me that I was being rude and that if I didn't stop, he would not be able to teach my granddaughter. I responded that we just needed to end the conversation (the entire time, I was sitting WITH HIM STANDING NEXT TO MY SHOULDER). He continued by calling me rude and threatening. All I could say was we needed to stop the conversation. HE CONTINUED WITH THREATS. Then he decided to kick me out after I made a hand gesture to stop talking. I'd like to return to take one of the classes. They offer classes for children. But they also offer a 2-3 hour class where they teach how to temper and decorate 21 pieces of chocolate that you get to take home! Until then I'll just have to settle with eating them!

I should have purchased the Beurre d'Isigny butter here rather than going to Paris, buying Bordier butter vacuum sealed butter, having the hotel freeze it, then paying extra for check in luggage since it's a colder storage area. Cuisenery didn't have Bordier butter but when I was doing my online research, I found that both of the brands I mentioned are pretty good. I actually liked my Beurre d'Isigny butter better, but that's more likely due to it being unsalted versus the salted version I bought in Paris (apparently, you MUST use salted on your bread per the Parisians). They also had a bunch of other frozen foods and condiments, including frozen escargot in puff pastry, frozen baguettes, mustards, and jams.
