She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer. I recommend you come right when it starts at 430-5pm. By 530pm, the streets are already packed with cars and people walking around. - when it's busy, it's really hard to navigate with a stroller. I recommend you leave those in the car. - dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes to walk in. - be prepared for lots of traffic going in and out so plan accordingly. We reentered with others at 11:05. The lady in front of us told him that 3 of her 5 reservations would not be there. I waited until everyone was checked in and hands washed. I stood by the register for over 5 minutes - when he finally came over, I told him that I would be happy to take one of the missing reservations. He said I would have to wait until everyone showed up, but not everyone was there. So I sat down next to my granddaughter. He came over to my chair, trying to explain the same thing. I told him that the lady (who was right across the table from me) had told him that 3 were not coming and that I was trying to help. HE THEN STARTED to verbally abuse me, telling me that I was being rude and that if I didn't stop, he would not be able to teach my granddaughter. I responded that we just needed to end the conversation (the entire time, I was sitting WITH HIM STANDING NEXT TO MY SHOULDER). He continued by calling me rude and threatening. All I could say was we needed to stop the conversation. HE CONTINUED WITH THREATS. Then he decided to kick me out after I made a hand gesture to stop talking. The chocolate was not too overbearing and had a small hint of sea salt. The caramel was the right amount of stickiness and didn't stick too much to your teeth. I should have purchased the Beurre d'Isigny butter here rather than going to Paris, buying Bordier butter vacuum sealed butter, having the hotel freeze it, then paying extra for check in luggage since it's a colder storage area. Cuisenery didn't have Bordier butter but when I was doing my online research, I found that both of the brands I mentioned are pretty good. I actually liked my Beurre d'Isigny butter better, but that's more likely due to it being unsalted versus the salted version I bought in Paris (apparently, you MUST use salted on your bread per the Parisians). They also had a bunch of other frozen foods and condiments, including frozen escargot in puff pastry, frozen baguettes, mustards, and jams.
