Crumbl is conveniently down the street from my office. Location is great but it gets super busy. The last two visits I have wanted to try the desserts and I have ordered online during special promotions. The 1st visit was the release of the Dubai chocolate Brownie and it was super packed and even though I had a certain time for pick up the wait was 40 minutes over. This last visit was apparently free chocolate chip cookie day and same but the wait was 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Both times I felt bad for the staff because the store was crowded and loud and not all customers were the nicest. Even as busy as it was the store was very clean and the staff was as nice as they could be. My favorite was the lemon pie, crust was buttery and flaky and the lemon was nice and tart. My daughter said the cheesecake was nice and light as well, the coconut cake was ok. It was moist but did not have much flavor. Both of us were excited to try the Dubai brownie but were disappointed. It tasted more like a layer of peanut butter on a dense chocolate cake like brownie than anything else. Not our favorite of all of Crumbl's deserts. Cannot wait for the holiday cookies and stuff to come out! read more

Pros: - DELICIOUS!!! - Lots of shared parking since they're near other restaurants / businesses - They deliver! - This location doesn't seem to run out of flavors often Cons: - No inside seating (although I think this is common for all Crumbl locations? Not sure though) - Their POS system is constantly down every time I come to visit. Not a big problem, but when there is a line late at night or right when school gets out, it can get annoying knowing that if the POS was up, you could order and wait outside or in your car until it's done - Service / team members can be either really nice or passively rude. This is my first time ordering here and thank goodness for Paula, the manager! I ordered online and although the text were very clear, I still had a lot of questions, as some of the flavors changed. Paula was so nice & took the time to explain the process and the best time for me to order is Sunday since the choice always change on Sundays! When it came time for me to pick up. Paula was there and greeted me with a big ol' smile. She asked me where I was taking the cookies to and I told her medical offices...she asked me if I needed a cookie cutter..extra napkins, etc...I wasn't sure if I could leave them out over night, so she gave me small boxes so I could put ones frosting in the fridge overnight. Of the times we've been I did have an extra wait as only one person was staffed and curbside took longer expected but she was very friendly. I felt bad so many folks were waiting and she had no help. My company always does the ritual birthday celebration for it's team members and when we want to mix it up from the usual generic birthday cake we get, we opt for Crumbl. I think the selling point for my company isthe rotation of different flavors/cookies every week so you don't get sick of the same menu every time. This week we selected their Chocolate Chunk, Banana Bread, Strawberry Cupcake and Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream. Holy sugar rush! I've never had banana flavor in a cookie so it was definitely different...different in a good way of course. The other 2 were more of a hit with my team as one of them is obsessed with chocolate and peanut butter while the birthday girl was totally into her strawberry Win win for all! I'm more of a purist so I was more into the plain old chocolate chunk...but that's just me. To save time, order online in advance. They offer 1/4/6/12 packs depending on how many cookie monsters you need to feed a sweet treat too. I usually just get gift cards for my friends so they can choose their own cookies.
