Monday night my Son & Daughter in law was expecting their first child. My daughter in law started having some issues which was leading towards a miscarriage, My son & daughter in law were scared praying that they wouldn't lose their first baby. that evil nurse would not allow my son to go in the back to be with and comfort his wife durning this time my daughter was begging for her husband to be with her. but Ms Patti M continued to say no then called for security. thank God a Technician knew them and told that woman to let son back there. I was in the urgent care on 11/15/19, waited 2 hours which is ok i know its urgent care, saw NP Okolo for bilateral knee pain 10 out of 10 pain could not walk my daughter pushed me in a wheelchair...I came in for pain control as i could not walk, this NP came in asked a few ? Then proceeded to grab my leg and pull at it like my pain was not real. She then changes the meloxicam to motrin, mind u i cant walk, no pain control offered no torodol or solumedrol...Never will i ever see a NP again!!!! If I could give ten stars I would, I had my baby here and the staff was unbelievable great! Nurse Kimmy and Sescia were with me the whole time during different shift changes. Sescia was with me till delivery. Any help I needed they were there to comfort me in any way. Midwife Joan/Joanne? was also great and delivered my baby and made sure my baby was taken care of. I went to urgent care on a Saturday, tried to get there before they open at 8:30 but there was a line already. Got checked in relatively quick and vitals taken. Dr Ha was very thorough and know exactly what tests to give to rule out where severe pain is coming from. Had to wait for the result to come back but I am glad that I can get answers the same day in less than an hour. Dr Ha prescribed the perfect treatment regimen and I am well again the day after. He was very compassionate and helpful. read more

I am at the emergency room as we speak. I have a PRIVET matter to speak with the doctor. I politely told the front desk lady I want to speak to a doctor. She kept insisting to know what was wrong with me. It's none of her Business to ask me what's wrong with me where only a curtain was the door. DO NOT take your loved one there for anything that appears to be COVID...they will put them on a ventilator and collect their 39,000 plus 10,000 for covid positive. You are that their mercy and the ICU staff is uncaring, along with the DRs who don't want you to know the truth about whats going on. They can be treated with new drugs for Covid but they want their money...its ALL about money with Kaiser....Its as close to social medicine as there can be. They don't care what the family wants and hates to communicate and Patient advocate is horrible as well...They do not want them off of it.... they want to keep them on a ventilator as long as they can..do they get more money for length on it? Or min to collect their 39,000...so sick it has come to this! Drs have no time and have a paid retired DR giving reports to family when they feel like it.... so uncaring and charge nurse is rude to family members. what happened to the OATH they take as medical providers?? My mother has seen 2 urgent care doctors, a back specialist, and her primary care doctor with a back pain that's moved to both her legs causing her to experience more pain than childbirth (this is a lady that birthed 4 kids without any pain meds) and immobilize her to the point of needing to call an ambulance to transport her to the E.R. She has asked each doctor for an MRI to help diagnose the real problem as her pain and immobility continue to decline after each doctor's visit and as time progresses. However, no doctor (including the E.R. physicians) will request an MRI. We are to the point where we are worried about her experiencing paralysis or even worse, death, and all Kaiser wants to do is pump her full of muscle relaxers and tell her to go home. My review is limited to the service I have received on KP.org. I was very pleased when Kaiser introduced the email service as an alternate way to contact my Dr. However I have discovered a number of problems with this service. I have many times emailed my Dr with follow up questions about treatment and get really crappy replies from nurses who I don't think have a clue what I'm talking about. I realize that as a Dr I'm sure he is very busy and unable to reply to each email personally, however I would hope someone with some idea of what I'm asking or with information about me would reply to my emails. I just relocated to Corona , Calif from San Diego, California. Thru Kaiser I was being seen at Endocrinology in Bonita Calif. ( Dr.Canals ) Since I've relocated I was assigned to ( Dr. Nim ) in Riverside County . Dr. Nim is helping me with my diabetes and told I needed a new counter for checking blood levels and it has an app for Wi Fi , being that I needed to download it ( I didn't know how ) Anyway I had to take my mom to Endocrinology in Kaiser at Riverside,California Well being that I had talk to Evelyn at endocrinologist in Riverside how to down load the app ( BY PHONE ) Well again I to took my mom for physical thearapy at Riverside and was sitting in the hall way waiting for mom to finish her therapy and this young pretty girl in Kaiser uniform comes out of her office as she going by say hello I said hello back WELL as she was returning to go back to her office she asked me if I was Antonio Castillo I said yes she told me that she was Evelyn Wow !!!! She helped me set up the app for Kaiser to my IPhone so I can send my sugar blood readings ( right there in the hall way ) I can't thank her enough for how she helped me cause I know I couldn't have done it without her help As for Kaiser you have a very good employee that cares for people and goes Out of her way to help Kaiser Patients even without an appointment. There are typically a dozen plus people waiting all booked at the same time to see any one of less than 5 doctors on shift. It's run more like the DMV than a hospital. Today it reminded me of why I HATE KAISER. I took my 2 younger girls to the Urgent Care for Pediatrics. 1st I got there at 9am waited in line to be checked in. It took over an hour and a half to get checked in. After being checked in I was told to go upstairs to Flr 3 to 342. Upon getting to 342. The 2 females Natasha & Jamie (if that's even their names) working in 342 didn't seem like they wanted to help. Rushing me to get both my girls ready to take their Vitals. Knowing it was only me w my kids. They kept pronouncing my dtrs name wrong. I don't know if that was done intentionally or not. I pronounced like 5 times out loud correctly. Rushing me to get my 2 yr old and 5 yr old to get on the scale. I just felt like they were rushing us. Then making comments like I don't know why they scheduled them w 2 different Drs. Talking about the Registration team downstairs. If your going to talk about your own Kaiser team do it behind closed doors not in Front of Patients. It makes us feel like YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB. There was no greeting or professionalism of even caring about the patient which were my dtrs. After their vitals we were going to be going to Room 13 and instead sent right back out to the waiting room. While sitting there I hear another patient get called in...and low and behold that patient and Parent got a Hello How are you doing today? from the same Female that called us in. My experience with Kaiser since the beginning of this year has been HORRIBLE!!!!! The people that Kaiser hire need to be more PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE & CARING towards their Patients and Families. We had to drive an hour to this location because it was the only one that had a pediatric dr on a Saturday. And I must say I'm glad we did!! We had the pedi Dr. Chevez and she was woooonnnderful! Rather then sending me home saying "come back in a few days if u don't feel better" she ran tests on my 3 year old. Even X-rays. We really liked her. We felt like she actually cared about our daughter rather than just trying to rush through and collect her days pay. The facility itself was packed and stuffy and smelly and some trash on the floor, seats were dirty in every dept we visited which was all 3 buildings. So they coulda had the Windows or ac on to help with the stuffiness. And maybe a janitor in there during day hours cleaning up after messy careless people. But besides that the dr was wonderful! We actually are thinking about switching to her as my daughters primary and just drive the hour there and hour back home. If u need a pedi I highly recommend her. But the buildings themselves dirty and packed with people hacking up cooties. read more

Went to Kaiser Urgent Care Last night and Felicia our Nurse was beyond amazing. When going to urgent care your already feeling a little under the weather and dreading the long wait. Felicia was very personable and showed concern on what my needs were. She was very knowledgeable quick and efficient. The entire visit she made it feel like i was in and out and didn't make me feel like i was being rushed she handled everything so swiftly. I enjoyed that she kept a positive attitude the entire time and completed her job with a smile. She was patient and understanding while she listened to my concerns she made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. I came in because I had fallen. Thank You Felicia keep up the hard work and dedications you truly showed you care about your patients. There was a co worker named Amber that was sweet as well I brought a support person and her allergies were acting up and twice she had gone out of her way to show her concern and ask if my friend was okay because she began to cough a lot. She wasn't even a patient and she still displayed concern. You girls are awesome. read more
