My provider has faxed my referral and paperwork over five different times. Each time, they claim the paperwork is incorrect or that a single page is missing, requiring my doctor's office to resend the entire packet. This last time, everything was sent again, yet I still received no response. I've called numerous times, left multiple voicemail messages, and no one returns my calls. It has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. If you have the option to choose another physical therapy provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, this facility has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.

(The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

Her compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to advocate for her patient made a difficult situation much more comfortable. I would also like to recognize the echo technician who cared for my mom. He earned her trust right away, and she felt completely comfortable in his care. His professionalism and compassionate approach made a lasting impression on both of us. He efficiently removed the wax from my ear, restoring my hearing, and prescribed antibiotics to alleviate the pain. I spent nearly four hours there, during which all the staff were courteous.   Also I was so hungry and feeling dizzy and the nurse got me a sandwich that was so nice from my nurse she was amazing The check-in process is efficient; your name is recorded, after which a nurse calls you to assess your vitals and inquire about the purpose of your visit. I propose an enhancement of privacy; now, all conversations are audible, since we are situated in an open waiting area where others can overhear personal reasons for seeing the doctor, resulting in a complete lack of privacy. I could discern the rationale and concerns of each individual; yet, that location is located at the entryway, compromising privacy since it exposes one's affairs to public knowledge. The check-in process for payment is efficient, and the staff is kind while recording your insurance information. Overall, everyone is polite and professional. I appreciate the kindness of the staff; every individual, including the security guard who records your name, was pleasant and amiable. The emergency room is clean, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the whole service is commendable. The chairs are comfortable, thankfully not made of harsh plastic, which enhances the experience. I am the mother of a 30-week preemie born via emergency C-section (APGAR 5/7). My baby spent weeks…read morein this NICU and remains under the care of the hospital's High-Risk Clinic. Yesterday, I went to the unit to visit (as I was previously invited to do) and to see if I could get a medical-grade suction bulb. My baby has severe GERD and a high risk of aspiration--she chokes until her eyes are red and milk shoots from her nose. Having the right equipment for her safety is not something to play with. The treatment I received from Nurses HELEN and JESSICA was unprofessional and retaliatory. I have previously reported these nurses for their conduct during my baby's stay. When I arrived, Helen brushed me off and intentionally sent Jessica to the door to confront me. Jessica looked me in the face and said, 'I know who you are.' She then stood there acting as if the supplies were her personal property, condescendingly stating she would give me one 'this time only' and 'reminded' me that they don't provide these once a baby has left. It is deeply disappointing that staff would use a medical necessity to power-trip and settle a personal grudge. To treat a mother this way when she is simply trying to ensure her high-risk baby can breathe safely is unacceptable. ARMC management needs to address the behavior of Helen and Jessica immediately. What made my experience even worse was that I was asked questions about whether I was undocumented and when I arrived in the United States. I don't understand how those questions were relevant to my medical care, and they made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope this facility improves the way it communicates with and respects its patients.
