(The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

A very special thank you to her oncologist, Dr. Kenni. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, reassuring, and truly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we always felt informed and supported. The level of care we experienced here was exceptional. My wife and I have had several ultrasound appointments at this facility throughout her pregnancy,…read moreand unfortunately our experience today was the most disappointing yet. At a previous appointment, I wasn't allowed back during the transvaginal portion of the exam, which I completely understood. However, once the abdominal ultrasound began, the staff allowed me into the room so I could see our babies, and they even provided us with printed ultrasound photos. We appreciated that accommodation and expected a similar experience today. Instead, at our 10-week ultrasound, the radiology nurse, Amber, immediately stated there was "no way" I could come back, even after we explained what had happened at our last visit. She also told us they don't provide ultrasound prints, despite us receiving them before. More disappointing than the answer itself was how it was delivered. The interaction felt dismissive, standoffish, and lacking compassion during what should have been one of the most memorable moments of our pregnancy. We understand that offices have policies, but those policies should be applied consistently. If partners truly aren't allowed and prints aren't provided, then every patient should receive the same information. Instead, we've had completely different experiences from one visit to the next. To make matters worse, communication with this office has been frustrating from the beginning. Getting someone on the phone, receiving clear answers, and scheduling appointments has been far more difficult than it should be. What makes this even harder to understand is that close friends of ours are also expecting and go to a different OB office. Her husband has been welcomed back for every ultrasound so he could experience these milestones with his family. Seeing that level of support elsewhere makes this experience even more disappointing. If you're expecting and want your spouse or partner to be able to share these once-in-a-lifetime moments and see their baby during ultrasounds, I would seriously consider looking at other providers. Pregnancy is an exciting time, and fathers deserve the opportunity to experience these moments too whenever it can be done safely and within office policy. I hope management reviews both the consistency of their policies and the way patients are treated. A little kindness, empathy, and consistency would go a long way.
