I came here for a mammogram. It was early so parking in the back was very easy. Getting in line and checking in was easy process too. Waiting room was empty, I dealt with Linda. She was my radiologic technologist. I loved her. So down to earth and made me feel very comfortably. Her directions are pretty straight forward, so there were no errors. She's very thorough on making this an easy process. I had been dreading this appointment but she made my visit quick and simple. Her energy is great. I'm no longer a Kaiser member and I now remember why. I walked in to fill my grandmother's prescriptions and did not have her card number, not a big deal. A simple, im sorry but unfortunately we need the card number to look the patient up would have worked. But no, I explained that I was told to come to the pharmacy and I could provide my grandmother's information and would be able to pick up her medicine. The lady behind the counter immediately became offended and said I am not allowed to look up information without a PID or I will get fired, I said ok. She then went on to tell me only a pharmacist could look a patient up without the PID #. Ok, I understand the issue and I understand why she couldn't do it. But I dont understand why it couldnt have been a simple, im sorry I dont have the authority to look it up, however do you mind waiting here for me to get someone to help.....? Where has the customer service gone? Then the 2nd part of horrible customer service, I am not only scolded for not having the card i get asked for the medications she needs and I pull a list up and give her 4 medications my grandmother needs and she says I see one more that they filled in Murrieta that you did not mention. I said im sorry can I pi k up all the medication that is set to refill. The pharmacist said, well that's what im saying, you didnt mention this one. I said Im sorry I am not really sure what I am doing as I am helping my grand mother. The Pharmacist goes on to say, sure I'll fill it for you. Also just so you know what "she" did was correct since you didnt have the PID #, she could get fired. I ended the conversation with I understand and I only explained what I was doing there, "picking up medication and I didnt have the PID# and was met with I cant do that or I'll be fired and she walked away. She never said a word or anything after. I waited and my grandmother's name was called and amalio called me over and I explained the situation and how it was really bad customer service and reaction for someone who this was their first time coming here. He apologized and was sympathetic to the situation. He then called over another pharmacist that was really nice and even asked about my grandmother which was touching, since she had never met my grandma. I had a bad experience, I was waiting to get blood draw they called my number, I walked in and they where helping someone . I didn't see anyone else that was doing blood . Anyways there was this woman walking in and out not saying if my number was called, said nothing to anyone , I was standing by the door no one said anything . Then they called the next number . I walked in and sat down since no one was helping me from the last number. I don't know . But the person that was drawing my blood told me they where looking for me I told her no one approached me or said anything that it was my turn . The pharmacy has the nicest security lady who is kind, courteous and super friendly. I went in 1 min before closing. She didn't fuss and directed me to go in without hesitation. She is always very nice with other patients. This one lady came in a few minutes late. She also let her in to pick up her medication. I also find employees at this pharmacy super courteous and gentle when speaking to patients. In my eyes, they are true heroes who represents very well for this Kaiser heath care facility. Worst Healthcare in the State! I moved back down to SoCal and already knew the poor work ethic and lack of brains here, so not surprised it has gotten worse, but never knew it would be this bad. The doctors at the Temecula office are terrible. No manners, lack of respect, always late. When I say late, 1-2 hours late. So no respect for YOUR time, YOUR job, nada. No apologies and they really dont care. Next, the pharmacy. Wow what a Shi_ show! Computers are wrong, but the people there are programmed and brainwashed to think the computers or the person typing into the computer can't make an error. So, if the person screws up, or, tech fails, you are screwed. They will point to a screen and let you know they will do nothing. "Have a nice day". I cannot wait to once again leave this area for good. I will never return here. I feel sorry for the people that think this is GOOD healthcare. I can say the Murietta one is incredible! Went there yesterday and what a breath of fresh air, SMART people, efficient, on time and friendly! Things they get paid to do but Temecula could care less. Brought my dad to see his Dr who moved from Kaiser Wildomar. Checked in 20 minutes early. We waited to be called 30 minutes. The Dr saw dad and we then had to wait for the dressing on his foot to be done. That took 45 minutes. Awful!! Nursing staff and reception are not friendly don't even give eye contact so you don't ask for anything. I mean this is awful!! Will be changing locations for sure. read more

I have had 2 surgeries in 2023. Double hernia op that had to be done at Riverside hospital. MOHS procedure that had to be done in San Diego and stitches removed in San Marcos. Problems with no post-op care. Even my family physician (the 3rd in 2 years) couldn't get me appointments for follow up on the post op! Save yourself. Don't enroll in Kaiser-they have a shortage of doctors, nurses and don't provide patient service. read more

My first time here and my experience was great from start to finish. I saw Dr. Elvis for a physical as well as additional items I needed for nursing school. He was attentive/engaging, extremely kind. I had an LVN assist me who I can't remember her name but she was from Peru, also very nice. I had to have blood work/ X-rays for school as well and all the technicians I encountered, phlebotomist, X-ray technician, receptionist, etc were all fantastic. No issues at all! read more

I am so happy with this medical office. Going to the Lab there is so quick and easy. The people checking you in are so pleasant and getting your bloodwork done is very efficient. It's better if you know the best times to go if you're getting a prescription from the Pharmacy. All the folks working there are very nice as well. They stay pleasant even when they get pretty busy. I really prefer going to this facility rather than the one in Murrieta. Less people and easier parking. read more

Tiny little medical office building in comparison to the other locations I've been to such as Mission Viejo. I've gotten stuck waiting for my scheduled appointment for over an hour because the doctors constantly run behind schedule and there's very few of them here. They frequently have to borrow doctors from private practices locally and they don't offer flu shots all day, which is baffling. Apparently you need to go in before 11 am it after 2 pm for flu shots at this location. Very limited parking so grab street parking if there's nothing in either of the tiny side lots. read more

I always hear so many complaints from people who have Kaiser, but I swear that I've never experienced any bad visits here or any of the other locations. I'd like to say I'm pretty healthy overall so I generally avoid going to the doctor, but the times that I have gone have always been decent. I see Dr. Moe as my family practice physician for several years now. I was with him in Moreno Valley and now he has transitioned to Temecula. As a provider he comes in he greets you he shakes your hand takes a seat to spend the appropriate time with you discussing your health issue. He evaluates your list or questions to make sure he meets your agenda, then proceeds into the computer system to let you know how he can help. At the end he summarizes with you all that he has done, any referrals, explains any medications and next steps. I find him to be competent, kind, and he has great listening skills an over all thorough MD. I appreciate the way Dr. Moe explains the Y! Why things are happening, why he can or cannot order something, then it just makes for more effective communication and a better understanding for the patient. I have use the lab services at this facility as well as the pharmacy and you are in and out of the lab in less than five minutes and you are in and out of the pharmacy in less than 10. Overall Kaiser is a well run business that meets the needs of its consumers. I appreciate Dr. Moe and will continue to be his patient. read more

We have been struggling with our 6 y/o sons tonsils and asthma, and just really getting a Dr. To hear me out, without passing judgment that I'm an overly type mother when comes to my kid. He actually took the time to "listen" and gave really good advice and a positive outlook with a good referral. Felt discriminated after the front desk attendant, Colleen, ignored my standing in line, then proceeded to help every Caucasian female that was in line after me. Colleen claims I was standing out of her line of site, however she had no problem calling other clients in her "blind spot". Nancy, the most helpful attendant at this location, called me over since Colleen wouldn't, and it wasn't until Nancy pulled me out of line to help me did Colleen begin to call others. I understand that some people are more comfortable with others, however being Hispanic and male in a predominantly Caucasian town shouldn't be a reason to be marginalized in a health service facility. I went to the Temecula location yesterday, because I had a fever, and rash that was spreading everywhere. And the nurse Devine did not even bother to take my temperature, she didn't prescribe me any medicine or topical cream to put on my skin. She took me in and out within a matter of 12 minutes. I paid $30 just for this type of an appointment? Not happy with the experience at all I had here. She didn't even write down on the piece of paper what "she thought I had". I have always been a fan of kaiser, very easy to use and convenient. I was supposed to do some routine blood work and haven't been able to get the time off work to get my tests done. A nurse by the name of Maria Gauer assisted me on the phone and was very unhelpful and rude while i talked to her. She was threatening me saying giving me a prescription without my blood work was illegal (I've gotten my insulin prescriptions filled twice with them already) and telling me i was basically out of Luck if i didn't get it done. When i asked if there was a number to call to talk with my doctor and explain my situation, she told me the number was on the back of my card to the call center and hung up. The doctors and nurses are amazing!!! They are very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. However be very careful with what the ladies at the front desk tell you. My husband and I took our 1 year old daughter for a nurse visit and the ladies in the front checkin us in sent us to the downstairs lobby when in reality we had to go upstairs. Mind you we were early well we ended up having to wait a long ass time and having to make two trips because the nurse visits were upstairs!!! They all need to be on the same page the ladies checking people in are highly disorganized. Hire a new front desk team. The one star is only for the front desk crew or does not by any means speak on behalf of the medical team. The medical team is amazing. Surprisingly I wasn't the only one being incorrectly directed. I'm turning 26 soon and my insurance is ending in a couple months so I wanted to get everything done. I usually go to Wildomar where everyone is wonderful, but today I was at Temecula and the women at the front desk Donna Martin proceeded to make me feel like shit. Telling me I don't have insurance when I do, and telling me any appointment I've had since march will be billed to my house. I just got off the phone with my insurance and they said that is ridiculous, and she had no right to say such things to me. I left in tears thinking about how I couldn't afford to pay, and I was upset for no reason. For example I tested for Covid 19 but i also have another problem so I emailed my doctor after I went to the Er and all I got back from him was go to the Er or urgent care , not even reading my email saying that already been to the Er . Last year 2019, I scheduled medical check ups and a series of tests to get current with my needs as well as to clarify any medical concerns I may not be aware of. This year I continued with Kaiser and the same General doctor as I find him to be very professional and trusting. Dr Juan Cortes. He has been a trusting and informative Doctor. So why does the doctor send it in? If I wanted to wait, I would have brought in the script. Then they also lie about the Privacy Act Law stating that they can't give out medication without the patients subscriber # What a complete and utter LOS. They don't need the subscriber # to pull up a script. And it has nothing to do with the Privacy Act at all. They need to actually sit down and READ The Privacy Act. Horrible pharmacy. read more
