My technician was cheerful, helpful, and efficient. Today's results were posted to MyChart in less than an hour. Easy and plentiful parking, quick check-in, bright and clean facility, all on one level. Over the years, I've had a variety of scans and imaging procedures here. All were excellent. Even after I moved away to Silver Spring, I still drive almost an hour to get to Mercy Personal Physicians - Lutherville.

(offices also in north bethesda, md. dallas, tx, and richmond, va.) they had several happy customers but many more dissatisfied ones. the meds for e.d. are good but this clinic is run more like a hustle than a business you want to do business with. a lot of customers were treated poorly. they would call in looking for their meds and get the runaround. calls were rarely returned. they would run credit cards without permission on occasions. it is the most unprofessional place of business i have seen. during my time there i witnessed 2 physical altercations between a male and female employee. i saw 3 people sleeping in their chairs for extended periods of time. 2 were very high and one probably had a medical condition. this person was a physicians assistant who feel asleep many times as soon as he sat down and would nod out while standing over a customers performing a procedure. the guy was about 6'5" 260 lbs. had he fallen he and others could have been seriously hurt. when the business operator was told of this his response was it's a bad look but this p.a. continued to work. i've seen employees vape in the office. spend a large amount of time watching videos on their phone. no one dresses or acts professionally. they would put calls on speakerphone with other customers present so there is no confidentiality. you will not see a medical doctor with urology/ed expertise. the business operator told me many times how he hated being there. he is a compulsive liar. he treated employees poorly usually yelling and trying to bully people. he didn't give a damn about the customers. go to your urologist and talk to him about injections for e.d. stay away from this place if you value your health and money. don't take my word for it. check out reviews the guy's clinic on facebook

I was dismissed when I asked for a specific test, even though I know how I'm feeling and just wanted to be safe. The receptionist also gave me attitude over accidentally tapping my card instead of inserting it, which was completely unnecessary. It costs nothing to be kind, especially in a healthcare setting. When the patient went back to the exam room and I was the only one in the lobby, the receptionist went outside for a smoke and more Candy Crush. When we left about ten minutes later, she was still outside smoking and playing her game. We had a question when we checked out but since the receptionist was outside and no one was at the desk we just left. As we drove away, we watched her out front smoking and playing, oblivious to any work she was probably getting paid to do. Plenty of other urgent care facilities along the York Road corridor. We will take our future ailments elsewhere.

She was by far the most thorough anesthesiologist I've ever come in contact with. She took the time to clearly explain the process and provide reassurance prior to the procedure. I would strongly recommended Dr Rosenthal. She was very kind and clearly explained every aspect of the procedure and the results. She patiently answered all of my questions. The facility is very efficient while still treating each patient as if they are the only one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility.
