She really helped with my range of motion and with pain I had been feeling from sitting at a desk for long hours. In 2020, the pandemic hit and I didn't see Jenny for 2 years. I will gladly pay out of pocket to go to Jenny. With regard to the actual massage, Jenny's touch is firm, but not hard, which I prefer, as tensing because of too hard pressure works against relaxation.
