I used to be a customer of theirs, but when I tried to get documentation of my receipts for insurance purposes.I was treated as if I was someone on the streets. It is amazing how wonderful they were when I first started going to them. Then after their clientele improved, it appears that they no longer needed or cared to provide the customer service that I received originally. They fell off in their customer service and how they treat their customers tremendously, it's really sad because they are close to my home. This place is lovely and I had one of the best massages. They offer relaxation, medical, pregnancy, sports and even cannabis massages. I have been to both Earl and Kenneth and both have been fabulous. Kenneth was my most recent two massages and he has great hands and strength and it was a pretty relaxing full body massage. The atmosphere inside coupled with his talent was really nice. If I could afford it I would go regularly. Current 2024 prices as of August are about: $104 - 60 min $144 - 90 min $179 - 120 min And I feel like these have been discounted slightly because I could've swore it was $150 for 90 the last time I came here. So who knows if they will change again. I did think it was a lil spendy, but that seems to be similar to other places in the area. read more

Masseuse was not skilled at all and actually did not seem to have a lot of stamina as well as he had to sit down for a lot during the massage. Place was hard to find for a first time visit. Not the greatest massage experience. read more

Had a wonderful 60-minute massage with Neesie. She is a very sweet, calming presence. She checked in periodically about the pressure, room temperature, and my overall comfort. I felt very well taken care of and she helped alleviate some of the tension I was holding in my upper body. By the end of the massage, I felt like I was in a warm, comforting cocoon I didn't want to leave. Neesie is pure magic. I was thrilled to find such a great massage therapist right down the street from our new house. The space is warm and inviting, the massage table is the most plush I've experienced and these are all just the icing on the cake of a really great massage. I've been having a tough time recovering full range of motion in my left knee after surgery in 2015 and Neesie manages to address those technical needs as well as providing a soothing and relaxing massage. I was lucky enough to book a same-day appointment with Sarah through the PDX Healing Massage website after one of her appointments canceled. And it was amazing! I was feeling super-tight in my neck after having just flown into Portland. She made sure the pressure was to my liking and even spent some extra time on my scalp as requested (that's my favorite). I was feeling extra-chatty and she was a great conversationalist too. But the most amazing thing is that her 60-minute massage made me feel as great as most 90-minute ones! I have had a few massages, from different people.. But Nessie is one of the best. First off, I was very disheveled from a crazy morning, and ended up getting lost trying to find the office. My appointment was at 1, and at 12:59 I called her almost in tears because I was sure she would send me away for being late. On the phone she guided me to her office, and I got there no problem. I fully expected to deduct my late minutes from our session, but she was SO sweet and assured me it was fine. Her office is so welcoming and relaxing I was calm in no time. She is a true expert in her craft. and we had an awesome conversation during the first half (we know a few mutual people) and the second half I just quietly enjoyed the massage. It was the perfect border of almost being asleep, but still awake enough to be aware of how well she was doing. Nessie is warm, respectful and has a huge heart. I didn't feel insecure at all ( that tends to happen being undressed with strangers) and that allowed me to fully relax.
