They were fast but the work needs improvement because my bumper is showing that it's coming off on one side now and when I first took it they didn't tell me my headlight base was supposably broken where it clips onto the bumper but they still to put the bumper on, they did not notify me it was broken until I noticed it and told them what's going on why is it coming off read more

Complete lack of communication and awareness. Dropped off vehicle and was told it would be ready on the 9th. Received updates by text about every other day saying it's on track to be finished on the 9th. We will see you in6 days, ready for pick up tomorrow at 4:30 pm. I called the next day at 4:00 to see if it was ready and they went to check and then came back saying they hadn't even started. I told them that I had been getting texts updating me every other day that the car would be ready and they said negative as if I did not get these messages and their website still said the car was ready to be picked up that day at 4:30. No consideration that I need in my car that day and was expecting it. You would think they would realize that I would need their car on the date they told me it would be ready. I then said I would just like to pick up the car and forget about the work they claim they couldn't release it to me. I called my insurance and the agent called them immediately. Until then they needed to release the vehicle because it was my property and they had no right to hold it. They then backtracked and made some excuse of their misunderstanding And then charged 300$ for the" estimate " Terrible communication and worse situational awareness and their response was simply "negative" when it was indeed the truth. These guys are GREAT. This review is only the fourth, but all of them are five stars...and it is well deserved. I was treated courteously by knowledgeable personnel, who estimated my body work needs and offered a contract. I accepted, scheduled the work, and dropped off my car on the appointed day. A day later they called to tell me that a replacement part was needed and it would cost about $39...could they add the cost to my contract? Well, yeah. Do it. Car was done on time and was perfect. I was impressed with the paint work, wax job, wash and detail work. They really took a lot of care to prepare my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend Monte's Auto Body. read more
