I recently took my 2002 330ci in, due to the anti-lock and brake lights coming on and the blower motor for the heater/AC had gone out. The total charge for each item I requested a diagnosis on was $185 PER ITEM. For a total of $780+ Not only did they misdiagnose a cracked valve cover, as a leaky gasket, they misunderstood an issue with the automatic seat memory and charged me anyway. The cost to replace the ENTIRE valve cover was less than they quoted for the gasket replacement. Now we get to the good stuff. Their price to replace the blower motor was 575% higher than a comparable shop. The new fan works just fine thanks! Once I got quotes from another shop for the recommended maintenance, I knew I would NEVER take my car to them for anything! Overall their prices tended to be a minimum of 100% OVER that of a comparable shop. Oh, and they recommended a fuel injector cleaner be added to my gas tank, the cost of that product online was roughly $22.00, their cost to add it to my tank? $53! So to have an employee unscrew the cap and pour it in was $31? Now, they have sent me several discount coupons toward service in their shop... Thanks, but NO THANKS! read more

Overall I've had an excellent experience here. Customer service is top notch. I fell this is vitally important in dealing with a business. From making the appointment to follow up reminders to the overall transaction. They only changed the oil in my car but it was full service. I do feel they are a bit pricey and inflated in areas that I will go elsewhere where for. For this I only gave 4 stars. I think little items like windshield blades etc should be more reasonable. They are honestly lost leaders for the bigger business. Other than that my experience was positive. read more

What can I say? Let me tell you, if you have had been previously frustrated by past car autoshop experience's, THIS place is gonna be your last stop of searching!!! I've heard it all from previous mechanics and the money out the window, but the service I had received from Rizzoli's has far exceeded my expectation. I was able to get an appointment asap (initially it was for brakes, changed rotors, sensors, and per my request spark plugs additionally ) , dropped my car off and received a full inspection report of my car and pictures! No other place does that in town!!! Randy, whom I spoke with, listened to my concerns of the car and answered all questions. Price is reasonable for the great care they took on my European car. The shop itself, appeared very well maintained and clean. They even threw in a car wash , my car was overly in need for one and I had not had time. Thank you for that also Rizzoli's!!!! Overall.. A few days ago my daughter who is in the Airforce was having problems with her car. As her father and being so far away from her, I felt so helpless. She found Rizzoli's on Yelp and based on their reviews, it seemed like a place she could trust. She had her car towed there and had to struggle to find a ride back to base. The next day, they called her and diagnosed the problem was spark plugs as well as a list of other things that needed attention. Her military pay isn't the greatest, so she could only fix the absolute essential items first so she could have her car back. The next day, they called and said her car was fixed and ready for pick up. She scrambled to get a ride from base to the shop. When she arrived, she paid for the service and because she owed her friend for the ride, they went to a local Starbucks. The car worked great until she parked and it wouldn't start again. She quickly called the shop and they apologized and sent a tow truck right away. Because it was close to closing time unfortunately, they couldn't do anything until the next day. When they called my daughter and told her it would be an additional $800, she broke down in tears and said she just can't afford it at this time. Shortly after she hung up she received a call from Randy at Rizzoli's. He had heard her struggles and said he would work with her in getting the car fixed. She still wasn't sure what to do, so that's when I called and spoke with Randy myself. After talking with him and exchanging dad stories, I agreed to have the work done and I would pay for it until she could pay me back. Randy and this shop are absolutely an amazing business. They made us feel like family, and especially took care of my daughter like a family member. It truly is a breath of fresh air to find an auto shop that you can trust.
