State Farm Calls and follows up weekly as well with the same circle jerk of they will be sending but to date they have not ! We will be having to take them to Small claims court to retrieve our money back ! We Even tried to negotiate them to Charge us for the estimate ! All have fallen on deaf Ears !!!!! Poor mgmt

It took about a month before they could get it in but they had done a good job in the past so I stuck with it. It sat there for 2-3 weeks before they even started on it. When I got it back there was black glue all over the tailgate and back end, you could see overspray on unpainted areas, and there was a metal chip and what looked like water drops in the paint when I picked it up. I returned it and they buffed it out but the same problems still existed except for the glue which I spend a couple hours removing when I first got it back. Pretty much could never get ahold of the coordinator through the process and will never go back again.

This car had been a nightmare with the amount of body work it needed to where I planned on selling it, but after getting it back from Maaco.... I'll be keeping it. There were many areas that needed welding, dent removal, and overall bodywork. This car has a lot of irreplaceable parts sourced over the years from Japan, but Maaco took excellent care of everything. They even reinstalled the Rocket Bunny kit after painting! Thank you for taking care of me and my car. I appreciate it greatly, and will be coming back as well as encouraging everyone I know to come here.

I went to pick up for the second time and it was still the same, had to return to drop off again and they said it would be done by the end of the day and I had to call them and for them to tell me they got most of it off. I accidently backed into a car that was parked in my driveway, and as a result did some minor…read moredamage to the rear bumper to the car I was driving, both cosmetic and small dents. Although the damage was minimal my car is a vintage car so I was very concerned that the body repair would match the rest of my bumper exactly. I took it to CRC on the recommendation of my car mechanic and after seeing its 5.0 rating both here and on Google. I was not disappointed! There is no way you can tell where the damage was, and I even inspected it very closely! Not only that but, coincidentally, my two rear brake light bulbs blew out when I was getting my car from them. They volunteered to have one of their employees go to the car supply store a few blocks away and they bought and installed both bulbs free of charge. That level of service, the expertise they showed on my car, and a very reasonable price will make my next decision to take a car in for body work very simple.
