Only been here twice and only ordered the same flavor but LOVE IT. Great service, tasty Japanese shaved ice. Small if you want to eat it alone. Large if you want to share (but let's face it it's so good you'll want to eat that alone too) the shave ice melts fast so you gotta chomp through it at the speed of light but it's so good it'll happen naturally

We snuck in just as they were closing and they were lovely enough to serve us! We got the large ichigo milk option and it was delicious! Light, refreshing and not too sweet. The large was perfect for two people even though it looked giant. There was seating just outside of the shop but nothing inside as the shop itself is small. Would recommend for sure!

it is crazy humid in denver rn, kakigori really hit the spot and helped with hydration. both flavors were good, small is much bigger than you would expect our group of 3 struggled finishing it. service is friendly! food court seating.

We originally stopped in to check it out, and now it's firmly in our regular rotation. What really sets them apart for us is the flexibility. Some days we're in the mood for a decadent brown sugar drink, and other days we're trying to be a little more mindful. The team has always been happy to customize tea drinks with little to no sugar, making it easy to enjoy boba without feeling like you've completely abandoned your nutrition goals. It's a small thing, but it's made a big difference for us. On the flavor side, they deliver. The drinks are consistently balanced, the tea actually tastes like tea instead of being drowned out by sweetness, and the boba has that perfect chewy texture you're hoping for. The staff has also been incredibly friendly every time we've visited, taking the time to answer questions and make recommendations without making you feel rushed. The inside has plenty of seating and is usually busy when we are there...a nice sign to how good they are. If you're someone who loves classic, indulgent boba, you'll find plenty to enjoy here. But if you're looking for a shop that can also accommodate lower-sugar or lighter options without sacrificing quality, Snowl is absolutely worth checking out. It's one of the reasons we keep finding ourselves back through the door.

We got a rice cake, strawberry snow and croffle. The strawberry snow was the highlight! It was topped with strawberry mochi and had popping bobba, lychee and fresh strawberry toppings. We managed to finish it all. The croffle was a bit disappointing, it wasn't soft and was hard to cut into. Easy ordering system. Order at a kiosk. Your number get called for pick up at the counter.

The service was meticulously organized.. order at kiosk, pay, get a number in check and wait for your order to be displayed. Restrooms were clean and they had water available for patrons. I've tried several and they're all so good it's tough to pick a favorite - real green tea with red bean paste? Mango cheesecake? Monster cookies & cream? Or the special Dubai chocolate? You really can't go wrong. The mini sulbing is good for an individual, the regular size is great for sharing! The fish buns are also highly recommended. It's a bit impersonal in that you don't have to interact with anyone at all - order at the kiosk and when your order is ready, your order number will appear on the board - ready to pick up your tray for dine-in or bag for a to-go order. It would even be a good place to study/work since it's pretty quiet. inside.
