I couldn't make Tuesday that week, that's why I scheduled Wednesday. They said they were going to be closed. Okay, reschedule me for next week, I can make Tuesday at 9:00am. I'll wait for my car because I'm coming in from Barrie. Okay, you're rescheduled. They text me on Monday to say I'm scheduled for Tuesday at 9:00am. Great. Tuesday comes, I'm there at 9:00am, nobody there to work on my car. 10:00am, still nobody to service my car. At 10:15 I decided enough was enough and asked for my keys, and left. What a waste of time. They just lost a return customer.

I had a "tire pressure low" warning on my Honda CR-V that turned out to be a false error message, no charge for the diagnostic. Prices are reasonable. The 3 stars is because I had a brake issue on my other car and they could not fix it. Replaced the rear pads and rotors, serviced the front and back but issue still remained. 3 different mechanics could not find the problem. Had to go to the dealer to have the front rotors machined, which got rid of the noise. (Also of concern, I was told that these rotors were not machinable). On the positive side, no additional cost was charged for looking at the brakes/servicing them 3 times, but I guess that should be the standard. Unfortunately will likely have to take my business elsewhere.

Before we opened a work order, I asked Bianca if we could now remove the nail to see if it's actually leaking. We removed the nail and immediately air started to escape. I got reassurance from Bianca that they would inflate the tire before moving the SUV and she said they would definitely do that. Anyone with automotive knowledge knows the dangers of causing degradation to the sidewall. Running a tire flat could reduce the integrity of the tire which could result in an accident if the tire blew out. So my friend and I leave to go get lunch (I planned on heading home after). We were walking along Yonge and so happen to walk by as the tire guy was moving the SUV into a parking spot (which means he would then have to drive it again into one of the bays). We look closely and the tire is FLAT!!! I confront Bianca about this in the lot and she just keeps telling me, "It's ok, it's ok." No apologies. No Bianca, it's not ok. You gave me your word so you knew the importance of inflating the tire and not running it flat! We were quoted 3-4 hours for the repair. If I weren't dealing with a major concussion from a car accident, I would have stayed around to watch them like a hawk. We walk away. Less than an hour later, we get the call that the vehicle is ready. In hindsight, I should have spoken to the manager that was there when we cashed out. But I have not been well so wasn't in the right frame of mind. I was an apprentice mechanic for years. I still work in the automotive industry. When you catch people cutting corners, you wonder what else goes on that you're not aware of? One of the worst places to just do a simple summer tire swap. Not a place you would feel safe…read moreleaving your car in care of their staff for even a short period of time. 1. Who in their right mind would pump the tires to 45 psi for a normal sedan (normal tires)? It would only fluctuate by a few psi max even if the weather becomes colder/hotter but definitely not 45psi. 2. I do not have winter rims so they have to put my summer tires back on to the rims. I found MULTIPLE (by multiple I mean more than 15) scratches on the side walls of all summer tires. I am very sure there were no scratches when I brought them in. 3. Their staff would just leave your car window open and unlocked once they have completed the job. So if you choose to go somewhere when you car is at the shop, remember to come back before they are done with your car (they do not call to let you know when your car is ready). 4. If your interior is of a lighter color, be prepared to shampoo your interior after going to them. They don't give a damn about your interior and would just smear grease all over. I am not very particular about keeping my car 100% clean but I do expect any shops to pay some respect of other people's property. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY ARE NOT PARTICULARLY CHEAP EITHER. PRICE IS AROUND THE SAME IF NOT MORE EXPENSIVE. WOULD NEVER COME BACK. And if management ever reads this comment, I have my invoice and photos ready to show you.

I called them the next day to make sure they still had them and told them I would be in the following day. I show up and am told that the tire isn't in stock and that the person I spoke with quoted me a different size that also fits. I ask when they can get the proper tire and they stutter and proceed to tell me that it'll cost $505. They should've honored the price they quoted me and should have never quoted on any size except the one that goes on my car. They're scammers and if I didn't know better they would've put another size tire on my car that could've led to problems.
