Rare and much appreciated old school service from Rami and the staff at this location. I made an appointment because I had some front end shake and requested an alignment and tire balance check. They brought the car in and immediately cleaned the caked on muck inside the wheels and the wheel wells thoroughly and took it for a test drive. Problem solved. No charge. They were convinced this was the issue and didn't want to charge us. It made our day. Excellent service like this is still available. read more

All round professionals. Located and fixed an annoying leak issue on a tire. No charge. Why would you go anywhere else for a tire issue?

I've been going to this Kal Tire since it opened a couple years ago and alway found the service to be great. I've bought loose tires, had mechanical service done, like breaks and oil changes. I've alway found the customer service experience to be great. they have taken me into the garage (after making sure I had proper PPE) to show me the issues found on the break rotors when an odd issue arose. Pierre the manager provided the worst service I've ever received. I made an appointment for what I believed was a leaky tire. Pierre felt he was expert enough to diagnose my car in the parking lot without actually bringing it in. He said I needed 4 new tires as they would not replace just 1 (car is AWD). I explained that the other tires were not that old and I was not interested in buying 4 new tires. He said they wouldn't replace just one, so they wouldn't touch the car, including putting air in what was believed to be a leaky tire. I told him I lived 45 minutes away and that he was just going to leave my car dead in his parking lot? He said it didn't matter where I lived, it's a run flat. I limped the car to the gas station, put air in it myself and took it somewhere else. As soon as the took the wheel off they could see the rim was cracked. The new garage took the time to actually look, and so they got my business. We ordered 4 new rims and tires. That could have been Kal Tires sale. When I called after to ask to speak to the owner, Pierre continued to make excuses about his sub par service and refused to give me the owners contact stating they would be too hard to get ahold of as they live in BC. read more
