Merchandises were displayed neatly on the shelves. I was actively seeking a souvenir or food gift for my good friend back home in So Cal. My first thought was fruit jam, but nothing resonated. Then I saw Creamy Honey. Light bulb lit up and grabbed one jar. Ten dollars isn't too bad. When paying at the counter, I saw a bar of Oklahoma Prickly Pear Chocolate. It's a pretty big bar. What an intriguing find! Couldn't help myself and grabbed it, too. Lady staff members were so very friendly and cordial. What a wonderful crew! While they did have a good selection of clothes from various designers I was very disappointed in the sale ladies lack of customer service and constant judgmental stares right when I walked in the door. I was dressed down in athletic clothes so I guess their only going to acknowledge and help you if your dressed to the nines when you walk in. While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.
