I pulled up the regulations on how the patches are placed with measurements just to make sure it was going to be done right. I picked up today Nov 14, 2022 and down the there is a small hole that was sewed over which was not there because my uniform was brand new from the store. They said "oh I didn't pay attention, only worked on the patches" in addition the ranks are way too low and now o can't use my uniform for the military ball on Nov 19. They didn't take responsibility for the hole. This was a $500 mistake because these uniforms are not cheap and they charged me $165 for the alterations. Will not come here at all for anything ever again. Horrible place to do business with. Very poor job
