Came here for a STEM game with all the schools. The players were great with the kids and the atmosphere was perfect for them. The only complaint was the amount of time for STEM booth visiting before the game and how cramped it was. Otherwise the entire field trip was a blast. read more

Wonderful family and friend place, so upbeat and active. The "shake it off" team dance was so entertaining. Not a bad seat anywhere making the experience a good fit for all. Great time at the ballpark! Very family friendly atmosphere with lots of fun activities and promos throughout the game. We got "Suite Seats" which included a buffet of hamburgers & hotdogs along with tabs which can be redeemed for beer, ice cream, and even a hat! What a deal! Plus fireworks at the end of the night. My brother and I attended the 11am game today. My brother is a regular but this was my first visit to the ball park. Really nice. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices were very reasonable and we upgraded to the 7 inning food plan. Burgers and grilled chicken were good, also took down a lot of watermelon. Plus all the bottled water you can drink. The growlers lost in extra innings but it was a great outing with my bro. Highly recommend for families or friends. read more

Went to the game for a charity event. Really enjoyed the game and had a fun time visiting with friends between plays. The food was a nice add, though it was as expected very dry and overcooked. There are some better food options will have to try that next time. read more

8/20/19 I have been to Kalamazoo Growlers for my work for the last two years. We have been featured as Nonprofit of the Night. It's a great thing they do for Nonprofits. They give money back for each ticket sold in a certain area and there is a Miracle Minute that happens at the end of the 3rd inning which allows people to donate a dollar or more for these Nonprofits. But anyway, I went on the 20th to join a corporate business that I partner with and received a ticket from them. We were able to sit close to the field and enjoy the meals and drinks. It was a fun time. Atmosphere: Always a fun time. I love the games they play on the field and the interns dancing. They always involve the crowd. Cost: Tickets are not that expensive and most of the time they do packages. Also, kids' tickets include hats most of the time, which I think is cool. Overall: I will give them 5 stars. Great company outing! We reserved the lower Bear Cave for our Company's summer picnic/outing. This year's change of activity did not disappoint! Out tickets included the entire lower level, 7 alcohol drink tickets, all the water and soda you wanted and all the food we could eat from the buffet inside the Bear Cave. Wine was 2 tickets, Bell's beer was 2 tickets and Miller Lite was 1 ticket. The Buffet included: Chicken salad, Hot Dogs, BBQ Meatballs, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes and a salad bar with salad, potato salad, watermelon and lots of toppings for your salad. Dessert were brownies and Blondie bars. The Growlers warm-up right in front of the Bear Cave. The players come over and give high-fives and fist bumps to the kids. The games was very close and got exciting near the end. The Growlers won the game. Between the innings the marketing staff was very interactive with lots of games for kids and adults. They were very fun to watch. Everyone in our party agreed we should do this again next year! Thank you Growlers for a wonderful night out. read more

I really love that we brought baseball back to the city for fans - or even for those wanting to experience watching, cheering, and the thrill of the sport for the first time. Starting here is an excellent way to get right into the sport. They have great seats available, are very interactive with the crowd, and feature promotional items or events. So even if you can't find yourself paying attention to the game, don't feel bad, because baseball is hit or miss. Besides, the halftime games are very entertaining. Not to mention if you choose that deal, food and drink are endless, and even better - the food is self-serve. If none of that is appealing to you, maybe the promo of the day will reel you back in. We have been saying each season that we need to go to see the Kalamazoo Growlers, but the summer comes and goes and then the season is over. Not this year, we finally made it to a game. The stadium is very nice. We bought box seats near 3rd base. I could see everything perfectly, even the foul balls that made their way close to me. Between innings they do lots of fun things for the fans - mostly for the kids, but it was still enjoyable to watch. I loved the 7th inning stretch where they let loose a ton of kids to run around from 1st base to 3rd base. One thing I did not anticipate was the traffic jam turning from Kings Highway to Mills St and then into the parking area. We literally crept for 30 minutes. I'm really surprised they do not have police handling the traffic into the park. We left at the top of the 8th to avoid the same situation getting out of the park. The lines to the concession were also very long, so we opted to go to the shorter line at the BBQ tent. The food was good. I had the Brisket Nachos at $8.95 and D had the pulled pork with cole slaw at $12.95. Then when we went to get a beer, they were basically out of everything except Miller Lite. It was a hot afternoon, so everyone must have had the same idea as us. But even though the traffic was a nightmare and the food was a little expensive than I planned on, we did have a good time and definitely will come back next season to see our home team in action again. read more

I was highly impressed with my experience when we attended a Growlers game. We had great seats down the third base line with all you can eat food! The baseball was entertaining and the food was good. We had a baby with us and the staff even offered us to sit in the A/C to make sure he was comfortable. Great customer service. Go Growlers! We will be back! read more
