Excellent!! Favorite restaurant in this area. It has great food from low calorie to high calorie options, all tasting fresh and light. Smoothies are excellent and they have multiple sizes and optional additions to make it have the nutritional values you want (I added Vega protein). Also excellent customer service. We got the kale wrap and pear salad combo and the quinoa bowl. The lady behind the counter was very kind and gave great suggestions. I had forgotten to request the gluten free wrap instead of the spinach wrap and she graciously changed out my wrap, free of charge! I spent $10 for a smoothie that was watery, small, and had no flavor. I understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic and that businesses are doing their best, but for the time it took to make this smoothie and for the price, I really was hoping for a much better taste than this. I agree they are a bit pricey but, for what you get it's understandable. Everything is fresh in the way of the fruits and vegetables; which is basically all they have in the store! my daughter loved the mango surprise smoothie and I had a peanut butter smoothie it was decent. I'd like to try one of their protein bowls next time I go. Please Support your local businesses this place just opened not even a week before the pandemic closed down the entire state and country. I got a iced matcha latte here on a whim after I was done with the dentist right next door, and unfortunately was sorely disappointed. I'll admit I haven't been to a ton of superfood places so I'm not as familiar with prices or tastes, but I paid way too much for a small drink that tasted like mostly milk and not at all matcha. The color wasn't even green! Even if you are using matcha powder that's a mix and not pure powder, I expect the flavor to come through. The sweetness level was good which I appreciate from non sugar sweeteners but I definitely would not recommend it unless you're just looking for sweetened milk. read more

I wouldn't consider this place overpriced as far as health food goes. $11 for a hearty, fresh wrap is fair in my opinion but to each their own. I'm leaving this five star rating based solely on the chicken pesto wrap. I ordered one online, got stuck in traffic, and was worried it would be soggy and mushy by the time I got there. Nope. Fresh, bright, and very green. Cucumbers were crisp, lettuce was crunchy, and the spinach wrap tasted like a real tortilla which was neat. Pesto was out of this world. Will definitely be back. Advice: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH "chicken" I ordered a bowl and added "grilled chicken". When I got my meal, the chicken was white, and weird fake "grill" marks on it. I called and asked if it was real chicken or some vegan version I didn't realize I was getting. The girl on the phone acted so confused and annoyed with my question and informed me that is how their chicken comes from the manufacturer. Gross. If I'm going to pay $7 extra on top of a $20 meal, give me actual grilled chicken... too many good places in Austin for a place like this to be ripping people off. This is by far my fave restaurant right now. It's not an overstatement to say I'm addicted. The food is incredibly fresh and healthy. I feel so good after I eat at this place. The service is friendly and personal. Everything is made fresh after you order it and app ordering is super easy. The restaurant itself, is quant and always clean. I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time so I was excited to finally order from here as it seemed like a fairly healthy alternative to most of the fast food restaurants on 620. I chose the Poke Bowl. The first red flag was when I called to place the order and they told me that they were out of rice and that it would be 30 minutes. I said ok. I drove to the restaurant about 25 minutes into the wait and a gentlemen is outside smoking in front of the restaurant at one of the restaurant patio table. At first I thought he was a customer but then he follows me into the restaurant and goes to the back. I was met at the register with a lady that told me it will be another 9 minutes as the rice wasn't done yet after waiting 30 minutes. If you are looking for quick this is not the place. Overall it was okay, but the guy smoking the cigarette in front of the business killed the vibe for me. If you do smoke and prepare other people's food, I don't really want to know that as I do not. read more

I've been a loyal customer for 2+ years, but unfortunately the general manager of the location ruined that for me today. The bummer is I actually enjoy the food, but the customer service ruins the whole experience (and this isn't my first bad experience with customer service here). I don't normally write reviews, but when the general manager offers no help about an order to someone who supports the business (I place 2-3 orders a week), I felt I had no other choice. I placed a delivery order, like I have many times before, and was charged but never received my order despite being emailed and texted that it was delivered. I called Kale Me Crazy hoping that they could offer some help/insight on the situation. I very politely asked what happened and how they could help. The general manager was rude and unprofessional. He told me that this was "my problem and not his" and that if I wanted my order, "you can pick it up yourself". I understand that when there's a 3rd party delivery company involved that these things can happen, BUT you would at least expect the general manager to communicate with the customers in a kind and helpful way about these issues -- I did not receive this at all. Good customer service is very important to me. With the amount of time and money I have spent supporting this business, I wish the general manager could have been more thoughtful and kind in the way that he approached my situation. Unfortunately, I will no longer be giving any more business to Kale Me Crazy. read more

We were there yesterday and it was their one year anniversary of opening. Congrats on that, giving the timing this year. Food was fresh, tasty and looked professional. My wife and I spilt the turkey wrap and kale salad with a Matcha latte. They all tasted great and the portion was large enough that we took some home. Staff and service were great too. My avocado toast was great! I purchased a LATTE, however, and discovered that the coffee is made with instant coffee and not espresso. This is fine if the drink is not called LATTE and not priced as if it is an espresso drink. LATTE means the drink is made with coffee. I suggest taking the word LATTE off of your menu and replacing it with ICED COFFEE because that's what it is. read more

Yeah this place ain't it. I had the chicken pesto wrap. The food looked nothing like the pictures. The flavor was awful but the chicken was the WORST. It was straight up rubber. It's not fresh and definitely not ethical meat. It is that watery, squishy frozen Tyson chicken. Zero chance that was grilled...it was microwaved 100%. Also there was not enough "chicken" to call it a chicken wrap, should have called it a lettuce wrap. I have never been less satisfied after eating a meal. Every time I go, the service is so slow. When I got there, these two employees were talking for 10 minutes before helping me. I was the only person in the shop. I called in 30 minutes ahead and I still had to wait 20 minutes. The food is overpriced. The smoothies in particular taste like something I could get anywhere else for half the cost. The only reason to go here is because it's the only place like it in the neighborhood. I can't wait for another smoothie shop to open up. read more
