I stopped by Vitality about 8 minutes before closing. When I walked in, the girl at the counter told me she didn't know if she could make anything since it was "five minutes from closing" -- which wasn't true, it was still eight minutes. Then she said maybe she could make something "easy," but also mentioned she was out of a lot of items. I asked if they were still open, and she said yes. So I told her, "Well, then you could make me anything." Her response was basically, "I guess." At that point, I decided to leave. If you're going to post your business hours, customers should feel welcome up until closing time -- not like an inconvenience for walking in. Pretty disappointing experience. read more

Sorry but, "healthy" isn't just turning sugar and additives into a smoothie. The only milks are almond and coconut both of which have a ton of additives. The coffee is "Starbucks" brand which is another conversation in itself. Second time trying and another stomach ache :/ I even swapped the milk for coconut water and took out the coffee. Went in today and some kid behind the counter walked up with shoulder-length dark brown hair, a beanie, and a mouth full of granola. I knew it was granola, because he was chewing with his mouth open and there was literally a giant piece of it stuck to the side of his mouth. He proceeded to chew, not greet me, looked me in the eye shile doing so, and waited for me to order. I understand he is younger and maybe its a first job, but come on.... I'm giving it two stars because it tasted pretty good. But we waited for about 45 minutes for 2 bowls. A lot of people in the store were annoyed by how long everything was taking. They have a sign that says it will take a while because it's all fresh but I feel like 45 minutes was a bit excessive. We ordered the same sizes and this is what we were given. So I'm sort of confused? Also mine had a bunch of frozen un blended strawberry chunks. Most were sort of small but one was basically like half a strawberry so that was kind of annoying. What's happened to VB? Used to have great service and a great product. Today I order online, like usual every thing goes smoothly. I get to the restaurant and the employee who comes from the back looks like he just woke up. Walks up to the register and says "yeah?" I just said I had an online order and my name. He just turned, opened the refrigerator grabbed my bag and handed it to me then went back to the back. Not a word other than "yeah?", I've come to the conclusion that customer service is dying. I'm a sucker for a good açaí bowl and to have one so close to my house is great! The menu is gigantic. Honestly I didn't even look at everything, I just kind of word vomited my order. I chose the dragon bowl, and while the presentation was beautiful and the flavors work well together and compliment each other, I was a little disappointed in the size options and price point. They offer two sizes and honestly they're both huge. With a $13 price tag for the "regular" bowl, there are definitely cheaper açaí options out there. It would be awesome to see a smaller size or a "kid" size. All in all I'm very pleased and excited to try more menu items! It's close to Golds Gym.They offer smoothies,and pitaya bowls as well as açaí bowls with fruit and grains.I got the superfood bowl which has açaí,Pitaya,Bananas and blueberries and grains.The woman working was the only person there and it took about 15 minutes to get my bowl so then I ended up having to take it to go before work.It was really good but I'm not sure if I will be back it was expensive and I'm sure I can make it at home.I also ordered the green juice which I will definitely be back for.There is an app you can download to earn rewards as well. read more
