I stopped by Vitality about 8 minutes before closing. When I walked in, the girl at the counter told me she didn't know if she could make anything since it was "five minutes from closing" -- which wasn't true, it was still eight minutes. Then she said maybe she could make something "easy," but also mentioned she was out of a lot of items. I asked if they were still open, and she said yes. So I told her, "Well, then you could make me anything." Her response was basically, "I guess." At that point, I decided to leave. If you're going to post your business hours, customers should feel welcome up until closing time -- not like an inconvenience for walking in. Pretty disappointing experience. read more

Sorry but, "healthy" isn't just turning sugar and additives into a smoothie. The only milks are almond and coconut both of which have a ton of additives. The coffee is "Starbucks" brand which is another conversation in itself. Second time trying and another stomach ache :/ I even swapped the milk for coconut water and took out the coffee. What's happened to VB? Used to have great service and a great product. Today I order online, like usual every thing goes smoothly. I get to the restaurant and the employee who comes from the back looks like he just woke up. Walks up to the register and says "yeah?" I just said I had an online order and my name. He just turned, opened the refrigerator grabbed my bag and handed it to me then went back to the back. Not a word other than "yeah?", I've come to the conclusion that customer service is dying. They have a sign that says it will take a while because it's all fresh but I feel like 45 minutes was a bit excessive. We ordered the same sizes and this is what we were given. So I'm sort of confused? Also mine had a bunch of frozen un blended strawberry chunks. Most were sort of small but one was basically like half a strawberry so that was kind of annoying. I chose the dragon bowl, and while the presentation was beautiful and the flavors work well together and compliment each other, I was a little disappointed in the size options and price point. They offer two sizes and honestly they're both huge. With a $13 price tag for the "regular" bowl, there are definitely cheaper açaí options out there.
