I have specifically been working with Andrea, who has patiently answered a constant peppering of questions. The one question she didn't know the answer to offhand was thoroughly researched and followed up on. She also presented multiple options based on my room requirements in a custom PDF with photos, layouts, dimensions, fabric selections and prices in an easy to understand format -this is priceless in a world where too many choices can least to analysis paralysis. Regarding their products, they are one of the few companies that prioritize non-toxic and sustainable solutions. The furniture is built to last and very worth the investment. My only grievance is that I want it all and my small home won't allow me to!

Their curated selection of furniture and decor is fantastic--call it "Japandi" or "Scandanavian" or "Artisan," "Clean, contemporary"... it's all thoughtfully designed and beautifully made. Love the focus on sustainability, and the selection of *washable* luxurious fabrics. And Julia and Floyd have been so incredibly helpful. They have a knack for picking out exactly what we want--before we have any inkling. Their eye for design has saved us so much time and earned us so many compliments.

We appreciated that she used upscale furniture, real plants and thoughtful art and took great care in the finishing touches. She also provided consulting hours as we did minor renovations before staging. Our house definitely stood out. We loved her aesthetic so much that we asked her for consultation as we set up the new house. She patiently listened, offered great advice and put together a detailed list with links of options per room, came with us to stores to help pick out furniture (pics below). I still message her one off to this day (as home furnishings never really end do they?!). If you value great taste and someone who helps you find that whatever your budget is, it's Joyce and team!

We loved her work so much, that we have hired her as a consultant to help us with our new home. She has an amazing eye for detail as well as for the big-picture envisioning of the space and how it all works together. She endeavors to really understand our style and our vision and how to best achieve it. We appreciate that she finds a balance between vision and practical decisions and is willing to work within a budget to make suggestions that make the most out of what one has to invest in their space.

The only complaint I have is for some of the stains, the stain will rub off when you rub a cleaning cloth on it (or worse - a wet napkin). So if you're in the process of picking out a stain, you should check to make sure the color you pick won't rub off easily OR accept the fact that the stain will easily rub off. The staff here is very friendly, not pushy and definitely easy to work with. I still love Harvest for the same reasons: high quality, recycled wood, friendly service and the ability to customize pieces to fit my space. I have spaces where I'm looking for furniture with a very specific dimensions and searching high and low over for something pre-built was very difficult and/or the quality I saw was very poor. I want pieces that will last that I can enjoy for years to come! This week I placed an order for a custom made media cabinet/stand. Mary helped me bring my design to life. My husband had very specific requests to the width, height, number of holes, shelf sizes, compartments, etc. for all of the electronic equipment and we had no issues working with her nailing down the details via email as well as in person. FYI on payment for custom pieces - half of the amount is due when you place the order. The remainder of the payment is when the piece arrives (usually around 4 weeks).

The amount of prep work they did really shows in the quality of the finished product. The color scheme we chose wasn't complex, just three colors, but I'm sure they would have done a great job with that if we had. Our job required scaffolding and netting off the back of our house. The crew (Pat McDonough, Willie, Salvador and all the guys) were great, working hard all day and then tidying up before going home. Other contractors were also doing work at the house and they were friendly, working well together. They were really nice about our two dogs, too. But what really brought it to the next level was what happened after the job was done. The week following, in the special circle of hell known as preparing for an open house, I called Pat to ask about painting a small portion of pink wall on the neighbors house that had been revealed by removing an old gate. Pat not only said Yes, I can come by tomorrow to do that, he said he wouldn't charge me. The next day, Pat and Salvador showed up on time, then proceeded to paint the wall and paint an adjacent door. I would hire them again, without question. I would recommend them to friends, my boss, or my grandmother.
