Super friendly staff helped me book my appointment and gave me instructions on how to send his current medical records to them, all of which I did ahead of our appointment. When I arrived, during the COVID pandemic, they were asking people to call when they arrived and they would come out, check you in, and take your pet inside for their check-up. This seemed to work really well. I arrived and called, and Caleb came right out and made sure paperwork was all filled out. He took my little guy inside and within 5-10 minutes the vet was calling me with an update. Everything was super efficient and everyone was super nice. I received a follow-up email and I think I even got a phone call checking to make sure he was doing okay. SUPER HAPPY with the service, care and affordability.

Shockingly, the owner took our dog off-leash outside the fenced area--despite being in a wilderness setting known for wild animals and freezing temperatures. Our dog got loose and was missing for four nights and five days in sub-30 degree weather. We were so distraught that we ended our vacation early, flying back from St. Croix at significant personal expense, just to help search for him. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. A boarding facility's most basic responsibility is to keep pets safe. Instead, we experienced fear, heartbreak, and thousands of dollars lost due to one person's incompetence. Please think twice before trusting them with your animal.

I texted a friend in the area, shouted out to my Facebook friends from the local area, and called another groomer booked solid until 16 May--they could not do anything for me. Next, I called Pampered Pets and let them know my 17-year-old fur baby needed a full service. They were booked solid too (why shouldn't they be - they are an amazing full-service doggie daycare and groomer), but they said to give them a couple of hours to see if they could work me in. I should mention I was only in town visiting family for two more days. As promised, they called back after their noon rush was complete and were able to accommodate us first thing this morning. They were gentle and my Eskie looks beautiful. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family in the Tri-City area and I believe they are expanding their services, so give them a call and let them take care of your pampered pets too.
