I texted a friend in the area, shouted out to my Facebook friends from the local area, and called another groomer booked solid until 16 May--they could not do anything for me. Next, I called Pampered Pets and let them know my 17-year-old fur baby needed a full service. They were booked solid too (why shouldn't they be - they are an amazing full-service doggie daycare and groomer), but they said to give them a couple of hours to see if they could work me in. I should mention I was only in town visiting family for two more days. As promised, they called back after their noon rush was complete and were able to accommodate us first thing this morning. They were gentle and my Eskie looks beautiful. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family in the Tri-City area and I believe they are expanding their services, so give them a call and let them take care of your pampered pets too.

He was swimming tons on our vacation and his tail got matted. It cost me $110 at the vet to treat an infection he got from the raw shave on his bum. Of course Asia blames me and told me to keep him out of the pool (um, lake!) and they weren't paying the vet bill bc she's had to shave him before. Yes she did. So when I say I should have never brought him here I mean it. I usually go to fur crazy pet salon up the street from this place since they're closer to my house and they do online scheduling but since they were booked so far out I thought I would try all-star. His haircut looks good but he has scratches on his belly from what I'm guessing was their electric razor and they cut one nail so short it's bleeding and that's the equivalent of having the tip of your finger cut off for a dog. This dog is a very good laid back dog. He is my best friend. We go everywhere together and he always has this blind faith that I will protect him which he is not usually wrong. I am not happy with myself.

Because he is just a puppy and hasn't had his rabies vaccination yet he wasn't able to be fully groomed. However, they trimmed his nails, trimmed the hair around his eyes and his business. They did it in a matter of minutes - I barely had a chance to look at the cute stuff they had in the waiting area. Our little guy looks cute as can be and the staff was AMAZING with him - and me!
