After waiting 5 hours for AAA to get someone here and they couldn't find anyone. I called Kalli's and told him my dilemma and at first he said he couldn't. This company treated us very exploitively in the wake of an accident. My daughter got taped in the rear on I75 south of Gainscille and spun put at high speed, winding up 100 feet off the highway tucked in some trees. AAA membership said the car was too far off the road for standard towing service. So this company called an extra truck told me it would be a $300 charge out if my pocket. When I went to go get the car a few days later (I was out of town when it happened) they wanted to charge me $1000! After several minutes of discussion, they agreed to waive the storage chatges and "only" charge me $800! I plan to report them to AAA and advise everyone to stay AWAY from this company. read more

Just wanted everyone one to know what great company this is. My sister was involved in an auto accident and unfortunately did not survive her injuries. Kalli's Towing made an unfortunate situation much more tolerable. We were treated with the utmost respect after an unfortunate accident on I-75. Not only did we get our vehicle towed but we were also driven to a nearby hotel for the night and put at ease the next morning knowing that our vehicle would be in reliable hands. One of the tow guys (vj or something) came to my home when my car needed a jump......as we waited in my garage for him to jump my car he took another phone call and stayed on the phone for 15-20 minutes while I stood there waiting for him to service my vehicle which he was being paid to do (not stay on the phone with someone else), I asked him politely to please hang up and start to service my vehicle he looked at me like I was crazy then he turned and walked away to his truck and left my house never completing the service leaving me stranded without my car, so I called Kalli's towing and the liar stated that I said something derogatory to him (he is a bold face liar for saying that). I do not recommend them and I reported them to Ford / Lincoln roadside service who subs out the service calls ......I guess that they think they can just treat people that way because we are really customers of Ford / Lincoln Ocala not there customers........If I could rate them "0" stars I would but the lowest rating is 1 star,,,,,,,,,,,,,, read more
