They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.

We hit a huge pothole in the middle of the highway on Epcot Center Drive, causing our tire to…read moreexplode. We had a full vehicle of people on the side of a busy highway. We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. He then changed our tire and helped us get merged back onto the highway safely. He was our HERO of the day! MOE, Nate deserves a HUGE bonus or raise! He was amazing!!

This company is absolute trash. I placed a request for roadside assistance for a blowout on my RV…read morethrough my emergency roadside service for a tow/replace. They answered saying they'd be there ETA 10:34am EST. They didn't show. I called multiple times. And kept getting told should be 30 min.... 45 min passed still nothing. This same event kept repeating itself until I called and they said, "oh you have a spare? Well we can swap." I said sure ok, I've been stuck here since 10:50pm the night before now past the 12 hours of being stuck on i-75. After another hour or so a driver finally shows up, he called and talked to someone about it and said, "oh the owner will come out and personally handle this with the heavy truck, just in case. Should be about 30 minutes as it's a big truck and slow." Ok.. 35 minutes passed and no show... I called, the dispatcher couldn't reach the driver and said she would try to follow up.. NOTHING. Another 20 minutes passed. I called my insurance again, they called and were told it would be 30 more minutes he was on a call... 45 minutes passed, STILL NOTHING... After another hour of waiting (now it's 3:45pm EST) with still not help or communication. I call Marks Towing again.. this time they said, well because of the blowout we can't tow.. so you need to call your insurance and get someone else" What the f.............. From 10:34 am until 3:45pm I've been stuck out here on i-75 in 90 degree heat waiting and being strung along for a job they knew they couldn't handle or want to do.. wanted my day.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. or you may never get anywhere you need to be. They kept me from my 6 month old daughter and wife all day waiting for them 1.5 hours from my home stranded with zero cares.. This event happened Saturday 5/24/25.
