I LOVE Natalie at Apotheke! I followed her from her previous location and I'm so glad that I did. This location has better parking and is more convenient for me anyways! She always offers a water or beer (if in stock ;-) which is so sweet! I actually look forward to getting waxed because I get to catch up with Natalie. Natalie and Erica even went to Las Vegas to attend a skin care expo to stay up to date. Natalie is passionate about skincare and will make recommendations that are truly personalized. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in on a recommendation from a friend because I needed a new facialist. Natalie was nothing short of absolutely amazing! She is really sweet and actually listens when you talk about your skin health and goals that you have. This was by far the best waxing experience. I had a session with Erica, the wax temperature was good, clean room, no double dipping. It was so quick, I did Brazilian and underarm. I have been waxing for so many years and I have been to different waxing salons in different cities none compare to how comfortable this experience was and I didn't feel sore afterwards, usually my skin is left sore and super sensitive, not with this wax. Erika is absolutely AMAZING!!! She has been doing my brows for years and I recently inquired about starting a facial regimen before my upcoming wedding. Per usual, she offers a free consultation where she meticulously reviews what product you are currently using to make sure you are using the right product for your skincare needs. I showed up to my appointment for my consultation and facial back to back, and she was eager to share with me she had found a solution for my red/flaky skin around my nose that I had been battling for 5 years. She urged me to avoid facials because it would further irritate my skin. Instead, she went above and beyond by spending over an hour with me going through my skincare/makeup products telling me what I should/should not be using. Afterwards, she sent me loads of information about the condition I have, along with skincare and makeup recommendations to cure it. Two months later, my skin has NEVER BEEN BETTER!
